Manhattan Beach is a dynamic community, and at times, there may be neighborhood improvements underway. Currently, there is construction taking place across the street, and a few other projects within the area. While none of this affects the home’s views, guests may occasionally notice activity or noise during daytime hours.

All work is regulated by the city:

Mon–Fri: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Sat: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sun: No work permitted

The city also prohibits radios or music on construction sites to help maintain a peaceful environment.

We appreciate your understanding as the neighborhood continues to evolve, and we remain committed to ensuring your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.



Important Details:

Check-In Process: Before arrival, we ask all guests to complete our check-in forms for a smooth and secure experience. We work with a third-party insurance provider for property damage coverage and background checks. Participation is optional, and your privacy is a top priority.



Travel Insurance: We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment, as our cancellation policies are strictly enforced.



House Rules:



Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 8 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.

No Events or Loud Music: To respect neighbors and other guests.

Guest Policy: Only registered guests are permitted; no additional visitors.

Non-Smoking Property: Smoking is prohibited indoors and on balconies.

Pet Policy: Dog-friendly with prior approval and a $250 pet fee per dog. Approval is required before booking. No cats allowed.



• Safety equipment: Do not remove, cover, disable, or tamper with any smoke detectors or carbon-monoxide detectors. Tampering with life-safety devices is illegal and may carry fines up to $10,000. Any tampering will also result in immediate cancellation without refund plus the cost of repairs and associated fees.

• No smoking: Smoking, vaping, or burning incense or candles is not permitted inside the home at any time. Evidence of smoking will incur a smoke-remediation fee in addition to cleaning and any damages.

• Extra cleaning: An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the home is left excessively dirty. Examples include confetti or glitter, heavy staining, unattended trash or food waste, spills on rugs or upholstery, or excessive sand. Fees vary based on the condition and time required to restore the home.



Departure: To avoid charges, please adhere to the checkout time. Late checkout fees may apply unless arranged in advance.



Feedback and Reviews: Non-compliance with house rules may result in forfeiting the ability to leave a public review.



Booking Policies:



Age Requirement: Bookings under age 25 may require approval.

Review Requirement: Guests with limited or low reviews may be subject to review.



Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, a deep cleaning is required. The cleaning fee will be doubled and adjusted after booking. A mid-stay or end-of-stay cleaning will be scheduled to help keep the home fresh and comfortable.



By booking, you agree to the house rules, assume liability for personal injuries, and acknowledge the host isn’t responsible for items left behind. The team may enter for maintenance with 12 hours’ notice.
