We welcome you to relax with the whole family, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of our golf course while lounging in the pool. Our home has three bedrooms and will accommodate 6 guest. The location is near many options of dining, entertainment along with all major parks nearby.

Our Beautiful Pool Villa is located in the award winning Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. Of all the great Orlando golf courses in the Central Florida area, Southern Dunes may be the most unique. Located perfectly between Disney and Legoland, and just a short drive to other Central Florida attractions. So whether it's the theme parks, golfing, beaches, shopping, water sports, fishing, relaxing or all of these, you'll find yourself perfectly placed for a great Florida vacation.

Southern Dunes is 9 miles south of I-4 on US-27 and less than 90 Minutes drive from the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. It is a peaceful, gated community which is maintained to a high standard. The roads are quiet so it's safe to walk, jog or cycle around.

Leisure facilities including tennis courts, a fitness gym, community pool, children’s play area and clubhouse are all within a short stroll of our home. These are all freely available for you to enjoy.

The clubhouse has an excellent restaurant and bar (the Tavern on the Dunes) with its TVs showing wall to wall sports. They serve breakfast, lunch, light snacks and a wide choice of bar meals 7 days a week. The happy hour, theme nights and free WIFI all give you more good reasons to visit the clubhouse.

Also within walking distance of our villas, are two large supermarkets, a number of good restaurants, fast food outlets and banks. The Wal-Mart Superstore is open 24/7 and has just about everything you might need during your vacation (food, pharmacy, clothes etc).

The award-winning, par 72 golf course is a good challenge for any golfer and was ranked No 6 in Golf Digest’s “Best Courses in the State”.

The peace and tranquility of the golf course surroundings, and close proximity to the attractions of Orlando makes it perfect for families looking to explore the Parks or the beautiful beaches of the Gulf or Atlantic coast.

- Please respect check-in and check-out times.
- Check-in 4:00 pm & Check-out 10:00 am NO exceptions
- No unregistered guests or visitors. All bookings requests must indicate the exact number of guests when making reservations.
- We have a strict no-event policy. No parties, gatherings, and celebrations are allowed. Please ensure you understand this policy before booking.
- In the event that security security footage reveals the presence of undeclared guests, the booking will be immediately terminated, Vrbo will be notified, and no refund will be granted.

- No pets/No smoking or vaping
- Children must have adult supervision at all times
-Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
-Please respect the noise curfew. 11:00pm - 7:00am
-Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-Please take the trash out before you leave.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises

Pool heater fee and procedures:
• $50 per day, with a 3-day minimum stay. Select specific days and desired pool water temperature.
• Allow up to 24-48 hours for pool heating be fully warm to desired temperature. Pre-ordering is recommended.
• Pre-order pool heating by contacting us directly for review and approval.
• Pool heater payment will be processed on the day the heater is programmed and billed through Vrbo.
