This 105 meters square (1100 sq 2) condo with 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms/WCs is based directly on the beach and has been fully renovated end of 2019.

Perfectly located in the real center of Grand Case, quiet and safe area, at 100 meters maximum of the most famous restaurants of Grand Case, the place to be!

Want to swim? It will take only 20 seconds, you have direct access to the Caribbean Sea through, please use the basement shower for your comfort!

You will spend relaxing time with the perfect view on the terrace , you will feel like being in a boat! At night, you will see the lights of Anguilla Island!

From the street balcony, you will attend to the 'Mardi de Grand Case' parade ( Grand Case Tuesday) in the perfect place!

Grand Case Delight

What a lovely venue for absorbing all Grand Case has to offer, from the check in to that sad hour of leaving. Minor problems within the apt were greatly overshadowed by a terrific location on Grand Case Blvd, easy access to the beach, a clean & well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. The secured off street parking was a real plus. We are already making plans to return next year for a longer stay. Thank you Sebastian & Phillipe!!

Spacious, clean condo right on the water

This is an awesome condo right on the water. Two bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and plenty of space, perfect for two couples. Mariam was an awesome host, very responsive to every question and requests like extra towels. She even purchased beach chairs for us, although we did not use them.The building is literally on the water. There is no beach in front of the building. We walked about 500 meters down the beach to find six or so restaurants that rent chairs for 15 , including umbrella and provide food and beverage service Walking the other way on the street, starting across the street and continuing for about 200m are several more restaurants.The unit comes with a parking space, which is necessary if you rent a car because street parking is scarce. The only drawback to this condo is that it is on a busy street. It is noisy, especially in the bedroom facing the street due to two restaurants across the street, cars, motor bikes, church bells and planes flying right overhead into Grand Case Airport. After a couple days, we got used to the noise.

This beautiful large apartment is located right in the middle of the magnificent Grand Case. One side of the apartment overlooks the rows of restaurants and the other side overlooks the sea. There is a large terrace on both sides. Brilliant cleanliness greeted us. Our complaint can be nothing, because everything happened in the greatest order. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a huge fridge in which you can pack plenty of food. From the basement of the house there is a direct exit to the beach through a door. In the basement there is also a kayak, a huge mattress and a sun lounger that we can use. We felt great. We were satisfied with everything. We could already count on Sebastian's attention and information when organizing our trip. We always got quick answers to our questions. We will be back as soon as possible. Thank you Sebastian :-) :-)

Small details detract from an otherwise very enjoyable stay

We had an enjoyable stay at the Residence Catalina, and the location simply can not be beat!! Right in the middle of all of the great restaurants, while not being next to or affected by any of the loud bars. We have visited SXM 10+ times or so, and we usually stay in hotels, but decided to try the VRBO route this trip. Sebastien was excellent with communication, and any issues were addressed immediately by his onsite guy, Phillip (who doesn't speak very much English, and we didn't speak very much French! Google Translate was our friend!) We didn't rent a car, but if you do, the garage space is essential in Grand Case. However, we did notice several days that some people parked blocking our garage, which would have been a problem if we had rented a car. This unit is nice and modern and we did enjoy our stay, but lots of little things made it just ok *for us* and brought us to the conclusion that we belong in a hotel...no tvs in the bedrooms, no screens on sliding doors or windows, blue bedroom shades don't go up, having to drag the uncomfortable beach chairs in & out of the dark basement, when we leave for lunch stinks. No sun on the beach side until noon. Lots of little bugs in the kitchen. There is a half bath in the hallway, but it appears out of order & is functioning as a storage closet. Highlights include the excellent location, being right on the beach, the incredible view, sliding doors opening all the way up, a great little balcony, and plenty of space to spread out. Wifi worked well, and there were plenty of english tv channels to choose from. If we had been early to check in, or wanted a later checkout, Phillip said that we could have put our luggage in the attic or garage. Again, we did really enjoy our stay, we are just particular vacationers, so take my comments with a grain of salt ;)

Awesome!

This is a wonderful well equipped home away from home. The views are amazing from both balconies. We enjoyed the sunsets from one side and watching the street vibe from the back side. The location is perfect. It's close to the best beaches in St. Martin and at the end of the day you can walk to the best restaurants on the island. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to St. Martin.

The condo was great-perfect location!

We stayed in this condo for spring break with our two daughters-18 and 16. We found the location to be absolutely perfect! Views! Restaurants! Shopping! Beach! Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. There were a few electrical issues-missing light bulbs, fans not working, garage door didn't function at first but was fixed by the third day. Those were all minor and didn't diminish the overall impression of the great decor and scenery! We'd love to come back and stay another week or two!! Many thanks for a great get away!

Very nice location and apartment.

Nicely situated in the heart of Grand Case. Close to most of the "French Side" attractions. Make sure to work some fine dining into the trip if you are staying here. Phillip was very nice and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Beautiful Condo right on the beach

We loved our time here. Would definitely return to this property. Literally right on the beach in Grand Case. And Grand Case is by far the best place to be in St. Martin. The most incredible restaurants and lovely to walk around. We had a few issues with the electric blinds covering the porch but these were serviced within a day. Cannot recommend this property enough.

Home Away From Home

This was our second time staying at this beautiful condo. We consider it our home away from home and love everything about it. Sebastien is wonderful to work with and so is Phillipe. This is the best place to stay if you want to stay in Grand Case. Everything is updated and well maintained. It is literally steps away from fabulous restaurants. This is our second time at this condo. Our original review from 2015 sums it all up pretty much. Ideal location, beautiful beach, clean, modern, spacious and walking distance to the best restaurants on the French side. We love it here and hope to come back soon!

Beautiful condo with the best location

Sebastien's place is well decorated, clean and modern. After visiting the island, I would agree that it is the best area to stay for its proximity to fabulous restaurants, bars and has an amazing beach. I walked down stairs and swam every morning. Breakfast at LOVE, down the beach. Drinks at Rainbow. Our next favorite beach was orient bay for the lounge chair on the beach with food/drink service. This was also located conveniently close to the Grand Case. We also took his suggestion and booked the fun seeker boat tour in advance and had a blast. The pick up location was a very short walk down the beach to the pier. I would definitely recommend Sebastien's place to anyone looking to experience the beauty of St.Martin in the comforts or home.

This property is fantastic!

We had an amazing holiday in Grand Case. Sebastien and Phillipe were both very helpful before and during our stay. We had a small problem with the shower during our stay and couldn't believe the speed of Phillipe's response! The condo is tastefully furnished and very modern. The views are probably better than the pictures show. We loved sitting out on the balcony early in the morning and in the evening. The sea is so close you almost feel as if you are on a boat!! The condo is situated perfectly, both the beach and fantastic restaurants are right outside your door. Our girls (13 and 11) loved the kayak and spent a good deal of time on it. We enjoyed pastries from the local bakery for breakfast and food from the Lolos for lunch. . .the smells were just too tempting! There is a huge choice of top class restaurants for the evening, our favourites being Auberge Gourmand and Piazza Pascal (the girls chose to eat there twice) The island has many lovely beaches. Our favourite unspoilt beaches were Happy Bay and Mullet Bay. We had a great lunch on the beach at Baie Rouge, the cocktails are good too! We took a day trip to Anguilla on the local ferry from Marigot. The crossing is only 20 minutes and the island is beautiful, well worth a look.We hired a car with ease from the ferry dock. It was not expensive. We enjoyed lobster on the beach for lunch. The sea is really clear and the sand is white powder, paradise! We hired a car for our holiday and made sure that we saw as much of the island as possible, we are definitely glad that we did and found the garage to be a great asset. We went on a rhino snorkelling tour which was great fun for all of the family, you drive your own boat. Our family highly recomend using this condo, after seeing the whole island we could not think of another spot that we would rather stay. A big thank you to Sebastien for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We would love to return one day

True Paradise!

Our trip could not have been more perfect. Thank you, Sebastien and Phillip for your hospitality, attention, great and easy communication! We loved the condo, so beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, contemporary, spacious and immaculately clean. It has everything one need for a perfect holiday plus a multimillion dollar view. Great wifi connection and TV with Cartoon Network which won our kids over for sure. Garage and a drive is a huge plus! Initially, I was a but conceded about the airport proximity and noise level. Rest assured, it was no trouble at all! Very peaceful indeed. For location, you can't get better than that to explore the French side, minutes away from the best beaches. We loved our own semi private condo beach and Anse Marcel beach the most. Furthermore, it's located by some of the best restaurants in St Martin. At night, no need to drive anywhere, many places to eat for any budget. Small supermarket less than a block away and delicious French bakery maybe 10 minutes walk. We have nothing but great memories from our stay. We fell in love with the place and already thinking to book for next year, can't wait to come back! Again, Sebastein and Phillip, thank you so much! Will be back!

Superb!

We made the perfect choice! The Caribbean Sea lapping under our balcony with amazing views over to Anguilla. Your own almost private beach with loungers,umbrellas and floats for your use. Another balcony looking over the main st. of Grand Case with gourmet restaurants,lively bars and shops.A French bakery only a 10 min walk away.The croissants, baguettes and guava tarts to die for!The condo is very spacious with quality comfortable furniture and beds. 2.5 bathrooms and lots of cupboard space..The walk in showers with great water pressure and multiple shower heads are a treat after a day in the sun and sand! The kitchen has full size appliances and well equipped to make meals. Even a washing machine tucked under the counter. Good wifi and all the TV channels you are used to. Sebastien was very easy to deal with and always responds promptly. Phillip greets you and has the condo super clean and ready to answer your questions.We toured all over the island and decided this condo and Grand Case was the place to be! We are definitely hoping to return again. Merci Sebastien.

Danse dans le vent....!

This apartment was simply amazing. Located truly in the heart of Grand Case, with some of the top restaurants just a few feet away from the property, how can you ask for more from paradise? The apartment is clean, spacious, well-equipped, and also includes TV and Internet. Parking in the garage below was a wonderful bonus, as were the sun loungers, umbrellas and sea floats at our disposal. Sebastien, you've done it again - thank you!

Simply Heaven!

This condo is just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. Sebastien has thought of everything. It is right in the heart of Grand Case. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony staring at the azure clear water and then watching all the street activity from the 2nd balcony. There are beach chairs and floaties so you can walk right out the basement door and be swimming in the warm water of the Caribbean in seconds. We found a cute coffee shop bakery close by (down a side street); enjoyed the "Lulus" (local open air barbecue restaurants...reasonable $) Philipe was very accessible and it was truly a pleasure doing business with Sebastien. He and Philipe sent us my son's wallet which we inadvertently left in the safe...look no further you have found paradise with this one!

Zen-like apartment

Owner, Sebastien, was responsive to emails and great to deal with. Listing description was accurate. Gorgeous scenery view with soothing sounds from the lapping wave, and of course many wonderful restaurants (cheap and fine dining) just steps away...

Lovely apartment with great views.

If you plan on visiting St. Martin and Grand Case in particular then this is the place to stay. The apartment is well equipped and was exceptionally clean. There is a secure parking area below which we found almost essential since parking in Grand Case can be a problem. There is a bakery and a small convenience store within two minutes walk and a large supermarket is about 10 minutes away by car. Of course great restaurants abound in Grand Case so finding a place to eat is never a problem. Thank you Sebastien for a great holiday. We will be back again.

Perfect location!

This luxury condo is perfectly placed in the heart of Grand Case! Our family of four (2 adults, 2 young teens) loved walking to all the best restaurants on the island for dinner each night, and the Tuesday night Grand Case Parade was conveniently viewed from the street-side veranda. We all loved awakening to the beautiful beachside views each morning, and we collected sea glass and shells on the beach beneath the condo through the basement access. As we rented a car, the secure parking spot in the garage was nice to have. We would have liked wash cloths and never found the plates, but everything else was top-notch in the condo. We loved the sleek, modern decor and although we rarely watched television, appreciated getting US channels for news (and NCAA basketball tournament) as well as WiFi for uploading photos to our cloud stream. Grand Case is a short drive from Anse Marcel, Cul de Sac, Orient Bay and the ferry for Pinel Island. Overall, it was a perfect sunny break from the extreme winter we have experienced back in the states this year. The condo was a wonderful home base for exploring St. Martin - Thanks so much, Sebastien!

Perfect Condo, Perfect Location

This condo was absolutely perfect…and I mean perfect! The interior is modern and has everything you need. There are two balconies, one gets the morning sun and overlooks the main street going through Grand Case, while the other balcony gets the afternoon sun and overlooks the ocean. We used both balconies nearly every day; morning coffee and an early evening drink, etc. The location of this condo is ideal. We walked to dinner every evening. (This saves about an hour of driving around and parking, nearly every day.) We'd come home from the beach (or wherever we were that day), have a refreshment on the balcony, shower up, and walk to dinner. There was no stress to get to our reservations on time. There is a small market just across the street where you can purchase all kinds of necessities: water, suntan lotion, food and snacks, tissue paper, etc. There are all kinds of other shops and restaurants just outside the front door as well…and a bakery about 1&1/2 blocks away. Also, there is a private entrance to the beach from the building. You can walk downstairs, head out the back door, and go for a nice walk on the beach. The water is very nice for swimming (not choppy), and the beach is the perfect length for a daily walk or run. You have a parking space, which is ideal because parking spaces are scarce and generally about 8 blocks away. It's a quick trip to get to some of the other popular beaches (Orient, Galleon, etc.), convenient enough that sometimes we'd just come home for lunch and sit on the balcony, and then head back to the beach. I'd recommend renting a vehicle, and the owner recommended a guy (business) to rent from, and that worked out perfectly (excellent customer service). Overall, I have to say that this was the most relaxing winter vacation I've ever been on, simply because the condo was perfect and the location made everything so easy. A few things to note: The caretaker only speaks French. I speak a few languages, but not French. This made things a little difficult. We managed through a series of hand signals, but overall it made it a bit difficult for us. Make sure you close the security door on the sliding glass door if you leave. The neighbors were robbed (thieves watch you). Renting a condo, there is no water when you arrive, and you need to purchase toilet paper, etc. There is a cell phone you can use (you buy cards with time on them), but it's all in French. But, overall, I'd HIGHLY recommend this condo.

Location, location, location, clean, neat,easy.

Hello, Sebastien, We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Thank you so much for your part. Your home is perfectly located town center Grand Case. Clean, neat, and fully equipped. You obviously take pride in your home, and well should. Landed, Hertz car secured, a twenty five minute drive from Philipsburg, we were greeted on time by your property manager Phillip. I have traveled the islands extensively, most often staying in resort settings. Maybe a stage of life, but this was delightful. Anse Marsel, Dawn, Philipsburg, Cupecoy, Longue, Prunes, Rouge, Marigot by day. Back to The Grand Case Beach Club for sunset. Minutes walk at night to fabulous dining. Spiga, Tastevin, Le Pressoir, Auberge Gourmand, Bistro Caraibes, all fabulous. We look forward to returning to St. Martin, and will certainly look forward to staying at Catalina. Thank you for all.

Amazing week in Grand Case in a wonderful condo!!!

A big 10/10 for this memorable stay in Grand Case. Breathtaking view on the Caribbean sea at all hours of the day (obviously including the sunset). Spacious rooms, comfortable living room and kitchen very convenient. We were in paradise on this island ... heavenly. Air Conditioning practice for the night, parking is an added advantage. I recommend this place to anyone desire to stay on St. Martin. In addition, VIP balcony for Carnival Grand Case and excellent restaurants just next door. Definitely, I go back in the near future. Special thank you to the host very welcoming. Congratulations!
