Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. We were surprised by the comment regarding an odor, as this has not been reported before or since your visit. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to every check-in. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have addressed any concern immediately. The cleaning closet at the top of the stairs is stocked with extra toilet paper, paper towels, linens, a Pack ’n Play with sheets, baby items, and cleaning supplies, all well organized and labeled for guest use. Most guests appreciate the convenience and cleanliness of this space. While our check-in time is 4:00 PM, we accommodated your request for an early 2:00 PM check-in. However, arriving at 9:00 AM and demanding access to our property and parking was not part of our agreement. We ask that guests honor check-in times so we can properly prepare our home. We welcome constructive feedback but feel it's important to clarify when comments don't reflect the typical experience. This home consistently ranks in the top 5% on another major platform, and we remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and well-stocked space for our guests.
