Unidad 131- 2 habitaciones / 2 baños Club Interior

Este condominio de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en el tercer piso se encuentra en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Hay un amplio ascensor para llevarlo al tercer piso. Debido a su ubicación central, se encuentra a pocos pasos de nuestra playa de arena blanca, las canchas de tenis, la piscina y las barbacoas de carbón. Para cumplir con el Código de Bomberos del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos dormitorios duermen un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con dos camas queen size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "y el dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama king size con también un televisor de pantalla plana de 32". El baño principal tiene una ducha y el baño de visitas tiene una bañera. La sala está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 42 "con servicio de TV FIOS HD para su disfrute. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los artículos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y una cafetera de 12 tazas. Hay hermosos azulejos en toda la unidad. El patio con mosquitero cómodamente amueblado le permite a usted y a su familia disfrutar de nuestra cálida brisa tropical.

Nice vacation property

The condo was clean, well equipped and had everything we expected in a rental. The beautiful beach was a short walk away; the pool was super. The office staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay!Unfortunately, a lightning strike the day before we arrived knocked out the elevator and it took until the third day of our stay for FPL to get it fixed. My wife and I are in our late 70’s and walking up and down to the third floor was exhausting. We did not let that affect the rating for the property.

Great location

Location was incredible- beaches and pools were incredible- there was not a good View from the patio, and there was construction happening that was loud next door. This place was not as clean and nice as other places we have stayed in palm bay club. The floors is in one of the rooms smelled so bad- like it was bad mop water or something- and we couldn’t use that bedroom for a night until the office was open the next day to clean them. The area rug in the living room was filthy dirty- it was gross - the pillows were so uncomfortable and cheap in all of the beds -and there was a huge cockroach in the kitchen we had to kill when we got there- only one working washer and dryer in our building was difficult to navigate as well. Not sure it was worth the price we paid

Fun time!

This place was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The check in process was easy and the lady at the front desk was very helpful with giving information on things to do and places to eat. Property was very clean and the pools were lots of fun! Definitely made our first trip to SK the best!

Disappointed

Condo space much smaller than pictures make it appear, balcony view surrounded by nothing but construction site and construction workers would whistle and holler at us walking past them to the pool, we were told very minimal information at check in and when we would go in the office during our stay to ask a question they usually didn't know the answer. Love the proximity to the beach and the pool area themselves were very nice. Overall would not stay at this specific condo again but loved Siesta Key.

Nice family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The interior was nice and updated. The convenience to the beach and pool was great. There was ongoing construction at the adjacent property so that is now the view from the balcony. That was my only surprise upon arriving.

The cushion din't stay and fall apart. Also I'm recommended the change of the curtain,very thin fabric, not a blackout curtain and all the light in the hallway and in the balcony was filter in the bedrooms and was very hard to fall sleep.

Great location!

Location to the beach was so nice. The condo was great size for the 3 of us and spacious enough for more people. Check in was easy. Would definitely rent here again.

The property overall is well taken care of. Would love to see a pool built closer to beach because the ambiance of the pool in parking lot by office is lacking. Would also love to see a pool bar/restaurant or food trucks on property during day for lunch etc.

The manager is a super nice guy and was very responsive to any issues we had. Our unit is nice but we had a few issues which were resolved expeditiously. The owners could make the unit very nice by replacing the living room furniture. It's very dated, beat up and uncomfortable. Also, I would suggest adding hooksto the back of the doors. A simple fix.

Key location

Gorgeous grounds and loved right off the beach and easy access to shuttle for short ride to village or crescent side. Rooms and lines were great.
