Relax and enjoy the sounds & scenery of this Oceanfront Cottage. Located on the pristine coast of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, this newly updated home sleeps 12 with a total of 6 queen beds. The beach is breath-taking! Home is equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, propane grill on the rear deck, and a fire pit table on the rear deck. Sure to please everyone in your party. Home has 2 outdoor showers to help keep the sand out of the house. Garden City pier is 1-mile away with occasional Live Music.

Great location on the beach. House is good for 4 couples, loft would be OK for kids but was hot on hot days. Washer/Dryer was very good and we used it a lot. We also enjoyed the beach toys, hammock, and bench under the house. Jack and Jill bathrooms were a little awkward for those not staying in the bedrooms, but we coped. Grill wasn't clean, and we couldn't get the firepit to work. Dishwasher didn't do a good job so we didn't use it after the first day. But, it's a beach house and it served us well.

We had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean. Very convenient to have sheets and towels provided. We enjoyed our July 4th week!

Great beach

Love being on the ocean. Great outdoor spots to see the ocean. Having the outdoor showers and third bathroom under the house was helpful to keep the sand down. The two bathrooms being jack and Jill set up, between the bedrooms on the sides of the house, makes it rough for the anyone staying in the loft to use the bathroom. We had trouble with the coffee pot and dishwasher not working during our stay. We tried the fireplace but didn’t try too hard since it was windy anyways. We loved all the “toys”. A few sand toys, bikes, surf and boogie boards, chairs. We did use the grill as well. Good distance from the “pier”. Cute little happening spot good for teens, and ice cream. Overall great stay.

Perfect low country vacation

We traveled to Boy n Sea from northern Michigan for spring break. Everything exceeded our expectations. What a beautiful, relaxing beach home and town to make more family memories. We had four adults and three children with us, with plenty of room to spare. House comes with anything and everything you’ll need to enjoy the beach and property. The beds are SO comfortable, everyone slept with ease! The original design and elements of the home make this beach getaway even more charming. We appreciated the character this home offers. Hosts were easy to reach to ask questions, etc. Thank you, we hope to come back next year!

Wonderful View

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very nice and clean. There are several updates needed; new mattresses, planks replaced on walkout to beach. We will rent this house again. The host was very nice.

Perfect location for an event/wedding

David's place was perfect in every sense for a vow renewal event right on the beach. He was very responsive to all the question we had which made our event go very smooth. The beach is not at all crowded. There were enough stuff for kids to be kept engaged, chairs for the beach etc. Overall the location was perfect and our pictures came out awesome. I would definitely recommend David's place to anyone looking for a place to perform their wedding.

Awesome house!

This house and host were awesome. I’ve never been to a rental property that is fully stocked with beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and surf boards, we loved that. House was clean and we had no issues with anything. We loved the porch and the additional showers downstairs. Host was easy to contact and very amenable. 10/10 would recommend.

Outdoor living

Steps from the beach, loved the outdoor porches. Lots of space under the house including a swing with views of the ocean. Beds were comfortable as well as furniture. Bathrooms were small but functional and had to leave bedroom doors open for proper air flow.

Exceptional Experience

My husband and three children (15, 11, and 8) stayed at Boy N' Sea. This is such a beautiful place. I love the set up of this property from the spacious patio overlooking the ocean, to the two jack-and-jill bathrooms. Working with David was easy. He's prompt, so kind, and cares. This was our first experience with staying at a B & B. We plan to return.

Perfect beach house with everything you need and more

House has a perfect location on the beach. Has all you will need to enjoy your fun days in the beach!!! Very comfortable beds and entire house was very enjoyable. Owner is very friendly, quick and easy to communicate with.
