Nuestro alojamiento está ubicado en North Ponciana blvd, justo al lado de la autopista irlo bronson, a solo 5 millas de Disney y 10 millas de los estudios universales.

El apartamento es un hogar cómodo lejos del hogar, con aire acondicionado y tiene capacidad para 8 personas. Este espacioso apartamento de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, en la planta superior (para no fumadores) se combina con los lujos adicionales del complejo turístico Royal Palm Bay.

El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva cama queen size, con una salida a una terraza. El segundo dormitorio tiene una nueva cama queen size. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. También tenemos una cuna, un cochecito con sombrilla y juguetes para que los usen sus hijos mientras disfruta de sus vacaciones.

El salón tiene una televisión de pantalla plana con cable y reproductor de DVD. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisión por cable. El dormitorio principal y la habitación doble tienen televisores inteligentes. También uno de los sofás es una cama queen size extraíble. Ofrecemos wi-fi gratis y llamadas ilimitadas en América del Norte.

La cocina está totalmente equipada si desea preparar comidas, o tenemos muchos excelentes restaurantes a 10 minutos en coche.

Royal Palm Bay-Great Stay

We had a great stay at this Royal Palm Bay Condo. The place is nicely remodeled and has everything you need. It is pretty each to get to/from the Disney Parks from there as well. I was concerned about cleanliness based on some reviews but those must have been before the remodel because it was immaculate. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice stay!

My family and I seldom have the opportunity to get away. We stayed the three nights for theme park and kids were able to head home with grandparents while the wife and I head for a cruise. This property and host had everything we could ever imagine needing. Will never want to stay in a hotel again!

Great but a few problems

The stay was great only thing we didn’t like was that the door had had two different keys to unlock the door, the tub stopped up, and a few issues with roaches.

Location and price were great. We didn’t spend much time in the room. Just needed a bed at night. The master bath needs some bleach in the shower. Other than that… all good!

We enjoyed and liked our stay at Royal Palm Bay. The apt is really spacious, laundry with extra clean towels, fully equipped kitchen, and a small deck in master room. *There’s no bugs or any kind of insects in the apt (at least I didn’t saw any in almost a week) I was alert of it because of some reviews and it was all clean. Quiet neighborhood with clubhouse, pool and playground. The owners were very responsive to messages all the time, I’m very thankful with them. I recommed this property and I’ll stay again. Stuck with no place to stay.

My family of 7 drove from Michigan which is an exhausting 191/2 hour drive, believing we had a place to stay because we had booked this prior. Believing we were all set up receiving a confirmation number, taking our money we were good to go. I really don't have time to write a review or energy I never ever write a review but let's just say we were left with no place to stay. Luckily we went to bookings and found a place. We did get our money back I will say that but the stress of it all was terrible.

Unfortunately this guest was double booked due to a computer error. Somehow the Airbnb and VRBO calendars got crossed. This was an unfortunate incident and nothing that we as hosts could have prevented. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Very nice place but

Very nice place to stay if you are looking for something cheap. We did find blood stains on the sheets and there were german roaches walking across the counters. The place could use some up keep for instance the door to the bathroom is very hard to close you have to hammer it in and when you open it, it makes a horrific noise loud enough to wake everyone up. The showers are kind of outdated and a little bit gross. But as far as cleanliness I thought it was clean. It's super nice to have a washer and dryer for your clothes and a kitchen. It was about 15-20 minutes from disney so it worked for us. I don't know if I would stay again though.

Universal Studios trip

The place was in a convenient location to Walmart and gas stations. It was about 26 miles alway from Universal Studios, or around 30 minutes away. If you don’t mind the drive, it is not too bad. The place initially was very clean looking in the living room and kitchen. The bathrooms however, had some brown mildew in some places. Also the light switches were dirty looking. We also had an abundance of roaches, and a slight cat pee smell in the back bedrooms. Also, no hand soap, trash bags, and we had to go buy toilet paper. The property management was very quick to respond and was very helpful. There was also a myriad of dishes to use, and a washer and dryer which was helpful! Overall, 3/5. Solid stay with a few setbacks.

Turtles, gators, and roaches, oh my!

Cockroaches weren't very big but there was a lot of them; even for just walking in on Day 1. We would of cleaned the kitchen better but there was no hand soap (kitchen, or bathrooms), no dish soap (dawn), or any dishwasher soap to clean the dishes in the dishwasher. There were no garbage bags so we couldnt take the garbage out, except for the last day of our 4 night stay. We ended up putting our garbage in grocery bags and placing in the refrigerator to cut down on the cockroach infestation. The best part of the stay was the pond across the street that was inhabited by two alligators, a snapping turtle, and a red-eared slider turtle. They were all very tame and every time we came outside they would greet us!

A few hiccups.

We enjoyed our stay however, the mold in the duplex was more than concerning. Considering we have several immunocompromised individuals raised red flags from the get go. The mold on every single vent, mold on the window sills, tile, shower curtains. This was more than concerning considering the fact in the description it plainly says “newly renovated” The only other thing was the temp lock on the thermostat. When asking it was hesitantly lowered 1 degree. Owner refused to lower the temp more than that, which we are hot natured people so sleeping we woke up sweating. Compared to the mold, it wasn’t a huge deal, however I wish these things would have been disclosed. I have multiple pictures of the mold. I’ve had a migraine nearly everyday since I got home. Besides the mold, and temp it’s a great space and located perfectly.

Worst stay ever!!!!!

Got to the condo on Jan 17 late evening and noticed several issues with the condo. Emailed the owner and got a message back Thanking us for the heads up and saying they would pass it on to Stacey and things would be cleaned in Feb. What the heck, February?? That does not do us any good. Never heard from Stacey on any of these issues or any offer of help. They said they were too busy with work and had plans of doing it later. Looking at the previous reviews, some of these things were reported back in March of 2018. We have been in quite a few condo rentals over the last 14 years but I have to be truthful, this one has had the most problems than any. We were very disappointed in this rental. We sent them a list of the first set of problems the first day and received that response. We then sent a list of all problems on the last day and never heard from them at all. Sent them another email asking if they received the list and once again was ignored and never heard from them. That and the list prompted us to write this review. Here is a list of what we can remember. Lamp shade in main bed room was messed up. Locking nut was missing so it just dangled on top. 3 out of 4 chairs on patio were broken. Knob on facet in main bathroom kept calling apart. Stool in main bathroom would not flush properly unless you stood there and held down the handle through the flushing process. 2 bifold doors in Hall area were off the runners or bound up Dish washer detergent tray broken so it would not close or release the soap to clean the dishes. No paper towels or toliet paper. Had to find a walmart to buy some at midnight when we got there. No dish soap to hand wash dishes Clothes dryer would not heat to dry clothes. Would not work on all cycles but finally found one that would work. Messed with it for over an hour before I found the one cycle of 4 cycles. Living room furniture was dirty and worn out. Had 2 remotes in living room that we could not figure out and found that one had corroded batteries in it. Dining room chairs were rickety and we were worried about them supporting someone setting on them. Hot water in kitchen sink would only dribble. Refrigerator was leaking water from someplace inside and getting everything wet inside. Suppose to have security on site but no were could you find them or a number for them. Finally found someone in the pools house on the 3rd day. Was worried about the car getting towed because of no sticker.

What we needed

The rental suited us for what we needed. We were there for a short stay to visit family and not in the unit much during the day. It was a good price and worked for us. Unfortunately, the previous renters must have had younger children as we discovered food dried on the living room rug that was overlooked by the cleaners. Everything else was fine.

Disney vacation

Great close spot near Disney, other theme parks, and shopping centers. A pool, hot tub, and exercise room. There is a lot of traffic noise and sirens from either fire department during the night time hours. Not used to that. The place is a little old such as carpeting and couches, but had all the needed stuff that's the needs may need. Wished that the owner would have the app YouTube on their Roku. Other then that great spot for very short distance to the theme parks.

This unit is in total disrepair and the owners don't plan on updating anytime soon. Broken dining room chairs, bumpy stained carpet, rotten mildewed floors in bathrooms, toilet doesn't flush in master bath ...

You get what you pay for

The price was great, but you get what you pay for. There were nails sticking out of the dresser, and our son got a three inch long cut on his leg from a large mattress spring sticking out of the mattress. Also, the day after we arrived, we noticed that one of the toilets was very sluggish and called to let the property manager know. The property manager told us that they would charge us $130 to come fix the toilet— WHAT?! It was crazy and they were very rude and unhelpful to my husband. We ended up having to go out and purchase a plunger, and fix the toilet ourselves- not what we had in mind for our vacation! Last but not least, someone came into the property while we were out with no communication to us and moved things around. We are pretty sure it was the property manager, but it left us feeling uneasy. I’m not sure I would stay here again, I think next time I would pay more to stay somewhere nicer. I still can’t believe they wanted to charge us money to fix their toilet!

Hi Sarah, I am sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. I am very sorry to hear your son cut himself. I had our management company check over the entire unit. We had just repalced the mattresses so I was shocked to hear from you that there was a spring sticking out. The management company looked over all mattresses and found all were in excellent shape. As for the nail sticking out of the furniture, it was found to be a knob on the dresser that had come off. The management company was quickly able to reattach it. As for the toilet issue. It is my understanding that when you called you had asked for someone to come right away. Unfortunately they we tied up and came by later. You had left for the day but when they knocked and entered they we greeted by a dog. You failed to mention that you were bringing any pets. If you had you would have been told that we allow pets however they must be contained if you are not at the condo. I realize the charge of $130 might seem unfair but they did attempt to attend to your concerns. Lynn & Erich

Good size condo, great location and quiet with a nice pool area. There were small issues, no instructions for the TV, fridge leaked, no hot water to kitchen sink (found out later the tape was turned off under the sink), the washing machine needed fixing and no patio furniture, it was broken. There is as only one hot setting for the dryer. We did call the manager and mentioned the some of the problems. The biggest issue was broken patio chairs, we advised as soon as we arrived but it was not addressed.

I live in Newmarket, ON with my wife and 3 kids. We love to vacation at Walt Disney World and with a growing family a standard hotel just wasn't enough. We had been looking for a place and spoke with a real estate agent after much searching we bought this condo.
