2 dormitorios / 2 baños condominio frente al golfo - Capacidad de hasta 7. Nuevo en 2007, este condominio de lujo ofrece vistas panorámicas del Golfo: los amaneceres y las puestas de sol son espectaculares. El condominio está decorado con un tema tropical en todo lo que hace de este un refugio confortable. Con una cocina gourmet, este condominio es ideal para todas sus necesidades culinarias. Ropa de cama de calidad, toallas de playa, sombrillas, juguetes de arena y binoculares son solo algunas de las comodidades adicionales. Si está buscando un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de las cosas buenas de la vida, este es el lugar para usted. Ahora tenemos Wifi.

Directly on the beach!

We loved that this property was directly on the beach! It was close to restaurants! We were able to stop at the grocery on the way and got everything we needed for our stay!

Had a great time. Staff was very helpful. Far enough from the hustle of town to be very quite. Close enough to get to what ever you need in less than 5 minutes

Beautiful place on the quiet side of the beach

We loved our stay here! It’s beautifully decorated, has everything you need, so close to the beach you can see the waves from your bed. Only a few minutes away from all the shops & restaurants but not as busy and crowded. The only cons is the spray off area coming off the beach doesn’t drain and builds up sand so you have to walk back through the sandy sidewalk, and it could use a couple of mats for the inside doors to help catch the sand because the tile floors get sandy. We would definitely stay again!

great location!!

Very clean and super close to the beach. The view was amazing. Not sure if it is because of COVID, but usually when we VRBO there is normally beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, etc). However, a quick trip to Alvin's island remedied this. We would definitely be staying here again!!

Loved the quieter beach area & the condo was lovely. The steps up were easy to climb. Wish there was a dumb waiter available in the stairwells to bring up heavier items. Will keep coming for sure. Thanks

The decor is beach chic and well stocked with good quality kitchen and dinner wares. Hard to conjure up a complaint but wifi comes in and out and the only thing lacking were coasters and perhaps an additional wastebasket.

Great location and view of beach

Place had a great view and everything we needed to enjoy the beach. The cleanliness of the place was not very good. Light fixtures and fans need dusting and cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen all need a good wipe down. Also all the doors had fingerprints and dirt on them. Baseboards were dirty also. We were overall happy with the place.

The grout held a lot of sand and my husband had to sweep 2 every day. The place smelled musty even though it was clean. When we got home everything we had brought with us smelled musty. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. The bed in the main bedroom was cozy.

Well equipped condo right on the beach perfect for a small family or a few friends/family members

We went to the beach for a "sister's getaway". The three of us enjoyed our stay. The condo had just about everything we could have asked for. The decor is updated and very nice. We called management about a problem we were having with wifi. They looked into it and said they'd get back to us. We ended up figuring it out. Not long after, they called us back to state that someone would be there in the morning to assist. Even though we fixed the problem, we really appreciated getting a follow up call. In addition to the standard items, the owners provided ziplock baggies, clothing detergent, beach towels, aluminum foil and ice for our use. They also provided a very detailed list of helpful hints and "how-tos" for guests. Although it was comfortable for us (3 adults), this condo is about 900 feet so I would not advise it for a large family. We were very pleased with our accommodations and would stay there again if we went back to Pensicola Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 7 enjoyed our stay here. The beach view was lovely and easily accessed from the unit. Master suite was comfortable and the 2nd bedroom easily slept 3 on 2 twins and 1 trundle. The living room pull out sofa was as expected. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans for a large family. For the beach access and view - we would stay here again! One recommendation is better cleaning supplies for residents - the washer and dryer worked great, but we needed a better way to remove sand from the floor. The dustpan was broken and the wet/dry vac needs a floor attachment.

They even left some dishwasher pods and dish soap. I wish they would have left hand soap for us. Beds were comfortable and it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. It's very close to the beach and the patio was perfect for our morning coffee. We liked that the chair and umbrella rental was right outside of our condo. Only issue I had was the dust. There was a lot of dust on the furniture and light fixtures. This wouldn't stop us from coming back though! We would definitely recommend this property to a others and already planning to come back.

We wished that the property managers took a little better care of the beach shower area. Was a waste of time to shower your feet off then walk across wet sand to the room.
