Tree-Top Lake-Front Cottage

Summary:

Rebuilt in 2023 from what was a two-story boathouse, Tree-Top Cottage features an Open Floor Plan, with breathtaking elevated views of Lake Erie through 3 large sliding glass doors or a private balcony with Adirondack chairs and a breakfast table. Inside are two full bathrooms, one with a SPA jet shower panel, overhead heat, and LED mirrors. A Queen-Size Nectar brand bed provides luxurious comfort, and a leather couch seats you in front of a faux-stone electric fireplace, and a 50" Roku HDTV.



The Space:

Tree-Top Cottage was designed to be the perfect couples getaway, quiet, romantic, and connected to nature with floor to ceiling glass sliding doors across the entire front of the cottage so you can take in elevated views of the waterfront, and private beach, only 100ft away. Sitting on 1.7 acres, the waterfront is over 400ft+ from the road, allowing you to escape the busy sounds of traffic and people. The cottage itself is private and decorated in a nautical boutique styling, and stocked for comfort with all new amenities, and a space that is cleaned thoroughly after each and every guest. An electric faux-stone fireplace, 50" Roku TV, and a strong WIFI signal let you decide when to connect, or disconnect and enjoy your time here in peace. Perfect for a getaway on a weekend or an extended vacation we try to help make our guests stays special.



Guest Access:

Located on 1.7 acres, featuring over 200ft of Lake Erie waterfront, a stairwell down to the water, and a private beach. A large Hammock from Hatteras Hammocks hangs between two large trees, less than 20ft from the water. At the same time, Adirondack chairs surround three large stone fire pits, stocked with firewood, allowing you to take in romantic sunsets and create special memories.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located directly on the Lake Erie waterfront, on 1.7 acres. It is only 10 minutes from Geneva-on-the-Lake or dozens of highly rated Wineries, the closest of which, "Vincent William Wine", is only 3 minutes away. The neighborhood is full of charming lakefront houses, cottages, villas, and historical nautical style estates. Romantic and quiet, houses here have long, deep properties that offer privacy on the lakefront, creating a peaceful setting often frequented by ducks, Blue Herons, American Eagles, and seagulls.



Getting Around:

Geneva-on-the-Lake is only a 10 minute drive, Breakwater Beach is 7 minutes, Vincent William Wine is 3 minutes, and access to jet ski, kayak, and paddle board rentals are all within 10 minutes.
