Well each of our properties throughout the country are focused on allowing each guest to join us in that eternal legacy. We accomplish this through digging clean water wells around the world to transform lives in need (among other charitable endeavors) with 20-90% of the profits we generate from each of your vacations at this property and any of our USA properties! Your investment in your vacation can not only create memories, but you are joining forces with us to become a part of the legacy that this property is!

Since many guests have asked us about access to amenities at the very near back Split Rock Hotel and community at large, we wanted to share this with you. Split Rock Hotel is a short walk or like a 2 minute car ride from our home. They have: an indoor waterpark H20, indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor seasonal pool, fitness center including sauna, an indoor movie theatre that is quite nice, a bowling alley, an arcade, a wide range of indoor sports to play including basketball, tennis, pickleball, soccer and volleyball, and outdoor access to soccer, basketball, mini golf, bike rentals, etc. We as home owner's pay for an annual pass but it only covers our family or people that go with us when we are there for a deep discount. All of our guests like you can purchase day passes for $25/day for adults or $15/day for children under 18. Kids 2 and under are free. All adult day passes includes a $10 food/arcade credit and for kids a $5/day credit. The only things that are separate fee wise is the indoor water park, the bowling alley and arcade. The bowling is super inexpensive like $2/child for age 11-18 and under 11 is free. It is quite a wonderful offering that they have rolled out that is better than in the past prior to our owning the home. Between this and the wide range of on-site amenities you can see we have at our home, you are poised for a 5-star getaway!

Guest Access:
You will have full access to our entire home and property. The community amenities at the Split Rock water park and lakefront amenities for Lake Harmony charge their own fees for guests wanting to participate.

For clarity on our beds, we have 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 full bed, 2 twin beds and 2 convertible chase beds that are twin size for an individual throughout our mountain and lake home.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. Some of them live year round and work and disturbances would limit the ability to offer our home for others to relax and enjoy.
