Amazing location close to Playa del Carmen, Tulum, cenotes, and various other activities/attractions. Within the community, there are several restaurants & shops within walking distance, beaches, a marina, and more.

From the moment you arrive to the entrance of the house, you will be greeted with modern features. As you enter the front door, you will see the beautiful Caribbean Sea through the doors at the end of the hallway.

The villa comes with a housekeeper who is there daily from 10:30am - 6:30pm. She is there to assist you with anything you may need including towel service, dishes, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, etc. Whatever you need, she will be there to ensure you have the best stay possible.

The pool is cleaned daily by our staff to ensure that it is always perfect.

Cooking service is also available for an additional fee. Please message us if you are interested.


At the end of the hallway you will find the full equipped kitchen, living room, and dining area. The open concept of this villa makes it great for large groups as everyone can comfortably be in one area together. The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need to prepare a meal, such as pots/pans, cooking utensils, dining ware, cutlery, coffee cups, drinking glasses, etc.

From here it will take you into the dining area which has perfect views of the backyard and sea. Here you will find a 65 inch Smart TV, perfect for playing music while relaxing at the pool or watching a movie at night.

The living room also has a view of the pool and sea, and features a large sofa.

The back of the house has floor to ceiling windows that are sliding doors allowing you to completely open the house to have in/out access and perfect views of the water.

The backyard has a large pool overlooking the ocean. On the deck you fill find a day bed in the shade, large glass dining table, and bar. Along the pool there are brand new cushioned lounge chairs with an umbrella. It is the perfect place to get sun as the villa has sun exposure all day. Whether you prefer sun or shade, this backyard has the perfect mix of both.



On the main floor you will find a bedroom with a King sized bed with a private on-suite bathroom and Smart TV.

As you go up the wide glass staircase, you will find the remaining bedrooms. The master bedroom has ocean views from the window and access to a balcony. In this room there is a King sized bed and very large ensuite bathroom. It's open concept makes for a unique architectural design allowing you to still see the ocean from the shower. This room has a Smart TV as well.

The third bedroom also has ocean views and balcony access. It has a King sized bed, twin single mattress bunk bed, Jacuzzi/shower, large bathroom, closet, and Smart TV.

The fourth bedroom has a King sized bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom.

There is also a bonus area at the top of the staircase that can easily be made into a bedroom with air mattresses. We have several queen sized air mattresses that our housekeeping staff can make for you upon request. The couch is also very large and comfortable, accommodating 2 people if necessary.
