Kihei was unaffected by fires and everything is open! We have a special discount for November due to last minute cancellations!!
Our condo is 45 minutes away from the disaster zone and is completely unaffected by the fires...
Our condo is in the absolute Best Location in all of Kihei! It's within walking distance of everything in South Kihei! Beaches, snorkeling, surfing, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, you are close to it all!
The best part of the location: it's right across the street from two of South Maui's most breathtaking beaches: Charley Young Beach and Kamaole Beach Park 1 where you can take long walks on the sand, snorkel with sea turtles, watch Humpback whales, catch a tan, and witness a famous Maui Sunset!
Our owner-managed (no dealing with unresponsive property managers) 3rd-floor beach condo is all about location! A short walk to the beach but tucked away on the quiet side of the complex.
Our central location and easy highway access make it the perfect home base to explore the Road to Hana, Haleakala Crater, and Maui's Westside!
You can take whale watching tours and snorkel adventures to Molokini from Kihei Boat Ramp which is just minutes away! Maalaea harbor is only 20 minutes away!
The condo itself is bright and airy with a large sliding glass door that opens up from the living room to the lanai (balcony).
It's north facing location means it gets plenty of natural light but it stays cooler than other units because it never gets direct sunlight like south facing units do!
There are three very nice community pools, tennis and pickleball courts as well as several BBQs if you feel like grilling!
There is a smart TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu, etc. Wifi and 1G high-speed internet!
The bedroom has a queen bed, full-size dresser and plenty of closet space while the living room hosts a Queen size Murphy bed that takes seconds to set up.
The bathroom has a full bathtub and shower. We also provide hairdryers, an iron and ironing board, extra towels, blankets, pillows, and anything else you might need to feel right at home! We even provide you with plenty of beach gear, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, towels, and a cooler!
