Wonderful place for friends and family vacation! Open space, newly renovated kitchen with a spacious island and living room give enough room for entertaining. Quiet corner lot with parking makes your privacy more comfortable. Full amenities include private laundry, TV, Wi-fi, new kitchen appliances, new fridge, new beds and new mattresses. Fully decorated, with beautiful paintings and rugs. Just 5 minutes drive to Anna Maria Island or you can use a free bus with a stop near the location!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything you need and more. It was well-equipped, thoughtfully set up, and made our stay incredibly easy and enjoyable. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing between activities.The hosts were especially outstanding — kind, responsive, and very accommodating. Communication was quick and helpful, and they made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their flexibility and warm attitude truly made the experience even better.Thank you for hosting us — we would gladly stay here again!

Yes, the air conditioner worked very well. I liked the fact that we had a kitchen to make some food rather than going out each night. Separate bedrooms were nice, since I snore. Very neat and clean. Shower was awesome!! Great water pressure! Also, it was nice to be able to catch a movie on Netflix on the very big flat screen when it was raining. It had everything we needed.

Truly wonderful! Very nice hosts with all accommodations one could hope for. Laundry room was so easy and detergent was supplied. All cleaning materials were provided. The beds were super comfortable. It was our honeymoon and they bought us cookies and chocolates and even Left a card congratulating us!

We would recommend this place to everyone. Close to beaches, shopping, and food (stores and restaurants). The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Because it included a washer and dryer, we went home with clean clothes too! If in the area, in the future, it would be first choice!

Wonderful rental!

Very happy with our stay! The place was very clean in a quiet neighborhood and right up the road from all the beaches. Plenty of pillows, blankets and my wife said they had the nice shampoo and conditioner lol

Mini vacation

Love the place and perfect location. It is my second time staying on the same place. Everything that you need is in the house. All you need to do is bring grocery and out to the beach you go.

Convenient to Bradenton Beach

Very nice rental!! Comfortable beds. Clean and cozy. About a 15 minute drive to the public beach area of Bradenton beach. Definitely a favorite for me. I plan to return!!

The house was in a great neighborhood in a great location. Lots to do in the area or close by. The host was quick to respond. We had bo issues with our stay.

We loved the place. Zoe and Nick provided everything we needed. Laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, ironing board and iron, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar, blow dryer, board games, books, all dishes, pots/pans, and plenty of towels. The AC was perfectly set to keep the place nice and cool. It never turns off. We were in town for a wedding. If we ever need to come back, I would try to find this place again. Thank you, Nick and Zoe!!!

A home away from home

We absolutely adore this gem of a duplex. Spotless and tidy with all the creature comforts of home that someone could need on a beach get away! Every detail has been well thought out for their guests comfort and relaxation. Location is super convenient at just 5-6 minutes from the the gorgeous beaches of AMI Appreciated the security light over the parking space and the well lit house number on the entrance upon nightly arrivals/departures. Use of new beach chairs & canopy were a Big plus!This was our second stay at Zoe’s place and for sure we will be back! Two thumbs WAY up!

Perfect place for a family

This property was fantastic. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and there were beach supplies so we didn't have to rent anything at the beach. Thanks so much for a great place to stay! Bonus points for a cute orange kitty who welcomed us when we were outside.
