Welcome to Gunter Lodge! A peaceful and centrally-located lodge on Lake Guntersville. Perfect for your next vacation or weekend getaway. This 2,000 sqft lodge style, waterfront home has all you need and more.

Enjoy your own private boathouse, stone fire pit, and ample truck and trailer parking. Guntersville Lake is consistently ranked as one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country and home of the Berkley Bassmaster Elite every year.

Minutes from Alred Marina and Siebold Boat Ramp.

The Lodge comes furnished with a King Bed in the Master, Queen Bed in the 2nd Bedroom, and one Twins and one twin over Full bunkbed in Bedroom #3. You can also enjoy Smart TVs in every room equipped with Roku sticks for you to be able to log into your favorite streaming services.

For your convenience, we also offer two microwaves and three different types of coffee makers on-site, including a Keurig. You will also enjoy the comfort of all new linens, towels, dinnerware, cutlery, cookware, and more!

The entire lodge was updated with fresh paint and new flooring in the bathrooms in June of 2022!

This house is a fisherman's dream or the perfect Lake Getaway for your family. There is ample parking that will hold up to 4-5 boats w/ trailers. Water-Level can be low at dock depending on time of year, but always access for trolling-motor. Just Minutes away from Guntersville's City Harbor, Historic Downtown Guntersville, Gunter's Landing Golf Course, Boat Rentals, and multiple boat launches.

Memorial Service in Guntersville

This lodge is beautiful and has all the amenities. Neighbors are very nice, and not intrusive at all. This was a perfect place for our family to gather and grieve and laugh and share stories. Being on a dead-end road it offered the seclusion we wanted.

Great Weekend

We had a wonderful time. The house was lovely, clean and well stocked. It was nice having a fire pit. We cooked hot dogs and marshmallows. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Fishing get-away

Great Spot low water at winter pool

The property manager was super organized and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the house and the driveway was a great size. The boat house was a nice feature but the water level dropped significantly for winter pool so by day 2 we ended up trailering the boat due to water level. I would be happy to stay here again.

Cute house

House was cute, clean and in a great location. Easy to get too. Area was quiet. It was really swampy around the boat dock. Deff not an area i would go swimming from. Other than that it was a great place.

Brown Vacation

This is an excellent property. It was just what we were looking for . From the location to the cottage to the boat house, it was perfect. It was also the most well outfitted rental we have ever seen. Plenty of towels, even garbage bags and dishwasher soap. The only thing I could have asked for was a little more silverware. Overall, it was EXCELLANT.

Hairy tail

Cute house in nice quiet neighborhood. Problem was dog hair everywhere. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep on them as there was so much hair in the beds. It was not clingy hair but dry hair you could brush off with hands. Wasn’t sure if sheets had been washed or not. Don’t know how that much hair could remain if they had been. When we washed them there was no hair left on them. Also , lots of hair on floors. I had to sweep the entire place and there was so much dust and hair in each room. Whoever cleans is not doing a thorough job and getting under and behind things and hair and dust move around. I’m sure the owner did not realize the condition of the house as she is a new owner and trusted whoever had been cleaning to do a good job. She was very helpful when we had issues working the TV and sent her son-in-law right over and he cleared up the problem. I would not let our experience keep you from staying here as I’m sure once she is made aware of the problem she will correct it. We had a great time together with family playing games and watching football and just being together.

Excellent all the way around. Exactly what we needed. Plenty of everything provided, and location was perfect. Can't do better for anything close to the money spent.
