Unit 303 is ideally located on the 3rd floor with beautiful views of both the pool and the beach. This well-appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a spacious private balcony, Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and a queen bed with twin bunk and twin pull-out in the third.



The Space:

This beautifully appointed 1,260 square foot condo is thoughtfully designed to deliver the comforts of home in a relaxed, beachside tropical setting. The inviting living area features a leather sofa, loveseat, and recliner, along with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV and direct access to the private balcony—perfect for unwinding after a day on the sand.

The well-equipped island kitchen is ideal for both casual meals and entertaining, featuring granite and quartz countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, a spacious double-door refrigerator, custom cabinetry, a Keurig coffee maker, and generous counter space.

Unit 303 is ideally located on the third floor, offering beautiful views of both the pool and the Gulf. From the spacious, furnished balcony, you can watch the kids enjoy the pool or relax while taking in sweeping beach and water views. Balcony seating includes a dining table for four plus four Adirondack chairs.

🚘 Driving (Most Common Option)

Driving is the easiest and most flexible way to explore Orange Beach.

Windward Pointe is located directly on Perdido Beach Boulevard, the main east–west coastal road

Most restaurants, shops, marinas, and attractions are within 5–15 minutes

Grocery stores and convenience shops are nearby

Parking is widely available at attractions and dining spots

Tip: During peak season (spring break, summer, holidays), traffic is heaviest from 10am–6pm. Early mornings and evenings are the easiest times to travel.



🚲 Biking

Biking is a pleasant option for short distances.

Many roads have wide shoulders suitable for biking

Best for early morning or late afternoon rides

Ideal for casual trips to nearby shops or coffee spots

Note: Helmets are recommended, and biking is not ideal for long distances during midday heat.



🛵 Golf Carts

Golf carts are allowed on certain roads in Orange Beach and are popular for short trips.

🚗 Parking Information

Parking is not included with the rental. The current parking fee is $50 per vehicle per stay (subject to change per HOA), with a maximum of two vehicles allowed on site. If you have a third vehicle, off-site parking is available at our office located directly across from the complex for $50 per stay.



🏖️ Beach Items

Beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear are not provided. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella rentals are available through a third-party beach service for daily or weekly rental, or you are welcome to bring your own. For convenience, a Dollar General is located across the street and carries a great selection of beach essentials.



🧼 Starter Supplies Provided

The condo includes a starter supply of the following items:

One roll of toilet paper per bathroom

One bar of soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom

One roll of paper towels

Dish rag

Laundry detergent for one load

One dishwasher detergent

One trash bag per trash can

These items are not replenished during your stay. Guests staying longer than 2–3 days should plan to purchase additional supplies.



🧳 Recommended Items to Bring

To ensure a comfortable stay, we suggest bringing:

Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hair dryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and any personal items you prefer.



❄️ Refrigerator Tip

Your check-in day is often a same-day turnover. The refrigerator may need time to fully cool and may not handle large amounts of warm food immediately. Please leave non-perishable items on the counter or in coolers and avoid overfilling. The refrigerator may take up to 12 hours to reach optimal temperature.



🌬️ Air Conditioning Guidelines

On very hot days (90°+), the A/C system may not cool more than 20 degrees below the outside temperature. Please do not set the thermostat excessively low, as this may cause the unit to freeze and shut down. For best performance:

Use ceiling fans

Close blinds during peak sun hours

Keep doors and windows closed

Do not run the A/C with the balcony door open
