Sanctuary at Beachwalk shares a fresh coastal vibe that fills the entire main level with an airy feel throughout. Great space for spending your family vacations, reunions, friend getaways and winter holidays. There is something special about Sanctuary that can be enjoyed any time of year. Surrounded in windows, the light fills the fully stocked cook's kitchen. Down a step to the living room with large sectional, mounted smart tv, and gas fireplace. The beautifully designed dining room seats 6 at the table, or an additional 8 at the wrap around island. Here you will also find a spacious sitting room with two plush couches and armchairs, a piano for those ready to entertain and second gas fireplace. You are welcome to enjoy the warmth of the fire from the inside or out, take your book out to the screened in patio and put your feet up and listen to the crackle. A powder room and full laundry room can be accessed on the main level.

4 Bedrooms and Loft Room are just up the stairs.

The Primary King bedroom, Bedroom 1 with ensuite is a sanctuary of its own. With vaulted ceilings, private fireplace, large desk, wet bar, veranda access and luxurious customized bathroom, you will find yourself instantly relaxed.

1 King and 1 Queen bedroom, Bedroom 2 & 3 with private ensuite, both offer walk in showers and veranda access. A full rollaway bed is available in the King bedroom.

The 4th bedroom with attached full bath, is perfect for those single sleepers. Featuring 4 twin beds.

The Loft Room offers additional sleeping for 4 on two twin over twin bunk beds.

The outdoor space has it all. Grab your coffee and sit out on the covered front porch overlooking the Waterfall Park or relax in the hammock looking up at the stars. Share stories in the four seasons room with fireplace, outdoor eating space and couches just right for a mid-day escape. Enjoy the aroma from the BBQ on the back stone patio with outdoor dining and gather around the solo stove.

The extras provided will have you packing light. Everything you can imagine is tucked away in the garage for your use. A great selection of beach gear, bikes, wagons, coolers, beach chairs and of course, the seasonal golf cart.

At Sanctuary at Beachwalk you are centrally located in Beachwalk Resort. This beautiful corner lot is just across from the Waterfall Park with Central Park behind. The Golf cart offers easy access to all the attractions throughout the resort, or you are close enough to everything to take a stroll. Beachwalk Resort is a beautiful gem just off the shores of Sheridan Beach along the coast of Lake Michigan. Visit beautiful Washington Park Beach and the Lighthouse only 1 mile away. The Indiana Dunes National Park is just a short 3-mile drive away.
