Located in the highly sought-after resort community of Windsor Island, this luxury 10-bedroom vacation home will not leave you disappointed. From the moment you pull up to this home, you’ll quickly realize that this place is something special. The living room is stylish, warm, and inviting. It has reclining leather sofas, two mid-century modern armchairs, and a large flat screen smart TV mounted to the wall for watching all your favorite Disney movies on. Overlooking the living room area is the spacious gourmet kitchen. It has granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. And when it’s time to eat, you can do so at either the breakfast bar, which seats four, or around the stylish dining table, which seats up to ten people. If you’re looking for a place to stay that has fun things to do, this is the place for you. For starters, there is a large, refreshing pool for all to cool off in after a long day out at the parks. The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. If you want to relax some, there’s also a spa (pool/spa heat is an additional charge of $40 per night). For those who want to enjoy the Florida weather, but in the shade, there is a large lanai with outdoor seating underneath it. And for those who want to work on their tan, there are sunbeds dotted around the pool area. Fancy some alfresco dining? Great! There is even an outdoor dining area for all to enjoy. If you want some air-conditioned indoor entertainment, then you have a few options. Firstly, there is a Friends-themed games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a table tennis table, TV, seating, and bar. What’s more, head upstairs, and you’ll find a second games room! This time, it’s themed to Star Wars. Here, you’ll find a pool table and foosball table. Better yet, right next to the upstairs game room is a Star-Wars-themed movie room, complete with six reclining movie theater seats.

Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

Please note that the Windsor Island registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.

As per Windsor Island Resort policy, upon making your reservation, we will require the names of the drivers of any vehicle, including names of all adults over 18 in order to enter the resort and access on-site amenities. All guests names need to be registered into the gate system.

Please do not exceed guest max occupancy of 18 at all times. Must be at least 25 years of age to book this home.

Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. Please note Windsor Island is a brand new resort and you may see or hear construction nearby.

Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
