Precioso bungalow de 1 dormitorio en Olde Del Mar. Este tranquilo y pintoresco residencia está situada en el parque-como, el establecimiento de la ladera con vista al mar, rodeada de árboles y acariciadas por suaves brisas del mar.

Se trata de una casa! No es un sótano! No es un garaje convertido! Un montón de ventanas y luz.

6 cuadras de la Plaza del Mar y la playa, ofrece fácil acceso al centro de Del Mar, el Hipódromo, y las playas.

El hermoso bungalow "verde LEED-Gold", remodelado, ofrece vistas al océano, patio al aire libre con barbacoa, cocina nueva con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cabina de ducha con vista al mar con vista al mar desde el piso con vista al mar desde el dormitorio con cama king sábanas) y vestidor, HDTV de pantalla plana con ~ 200 canales, DVR, WiFi de alta velocidad, sofá cama y mucho estacionamiento en un vecindario muy tranquilo. Nivel de la calle, a sólo 1 paso. Máximo 4 personas. (2 adultos + 2 niños).

Construcción ecológica: pintura de VOC cero, Wifi, iluminación LED, no se utilizan productos de limpieza tóxicos, todos los detergentes y productos de limpieza naturales.

The home was so cozy and the perfect size. Loved the big shower head in the shower and the peek a boo ocean view from there, along with morning walks in the beautiful Del Mar Heights neighborhood. Thank you!

Treehouse tranquility

Just the ocean view get away we were hoping for! So nicely laid out and furnished with lots of window for light. Clean and well provisioned. The location was excellent . This was the first time I have stayed in the heights and I will return for sure: views, quiet walkable neighborhood, and SO easy to get everywhere in Del Mar quickly.

Better weather

Anytime spent out of the AZ summer is appreciated by myself and spouse. Beautiful views of the ocean. The rental had everything we needed. Extra floor fans, iron, blow dryer was all available. Would stay here again!

Short stay only. Not great

Small property in a beautiful neighborhood with easy check in. Owner did not leave proper basic supplies (soap, toilet paper, coffee) for my two weeks stay, communication timeliness dwindled once I arrived, spiderwebs all over the outside, bbq was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned whatsoever, outside furniture was falling apart and blinds on sliding glass door were broken. I messaged the owner to tell him that the screen door on the front was ripped and broken and didn’t slide easily. He basically told me that I needed to vacuum out the track. Certainly not my responsibility.! I was so excited to simply sit outside and enjoy the weather, no furniture in the side yard, and no cushions on the outside furniture that was falling apart in the front. Inside needs some TLC.

Second Stay - Still Ideal

We last stayed at the Treehouse in 2016, and were happy to find it available again for our recent visit this year. The space is great for 2 people who like a quiet atmosphere with a desert garden vibe. The kitchen is well set up and fully equipped for dining in. Bathing is shower-only, but what a wonderful shower!! There are ample choices for bed coverings - plenty of blankets and even flannel sheets, if needed during cool months. We found the king-sized bed mattress too soft for us and the ample pillows too hard; we brought our own pillows, so this latter item was not an issue for us. The many windows and sliding doors allow for a maximum of fresh air and sunlight. The window shades installed allow for privacy and shade, as needed. Treehouse is the smaller part of a two-part property. Each part has its own entrance. The period of our stay allowed us to be both the sole residents and also shared residents at the address. We can say that sharing the property was still a very private experience. If you are concerned about Treehouse's not being closer to the beach, unless you are not traveling with a car, accessing the beach is not hard. Street parking is available close to the beach at the bottom of the hill in the residential side streets near Coast Blvd. Over the years, we have stayed many times in Del Mar a block from the ocean. Staying at Treehouse up the hill from the main village and removed from the beach scene provides a more relaxing vibe. You might try it!

Beautiful sunsets

Lovely cottage with everything you need. Bedding a bit tired looking, but very comfortable King bed. Great shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Try to arrive before dark because the narrow, windy streets are poorly lit and can be confusing until you get used to the drive. Besides it’s a very pretty neighborhood. The owner is great and very accommodating.

Very nice small but cozy

We really enjoyed our stay here. Small but cozy, very clean. Only drawback is the house could get hot in the afternoon. Other than that we loved it.

Great Location Great Vacation

My husband and I worked remotely for a couple of weeks from this delightful bungalow in Old Del Mar. We enjoyed walking to dinner in Del Mar and viewing the sunset from the picture windos in the bungalow. The location was great for us. Easy access to the freeway, easy walking to shops and restaurants, convenient to family near UCSD and friends in Solana Beach. We are looking forward to returning!

Ocean View Pad

Great place in Del Mar! We stayed for six weeks while our apartment underwent renovations. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Both of us work from home and the internet was fast enough for both of us to take video calls. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood and hope to return under less chaotic circumstances.

Lovely Extended Stay

Peaceful place in Del Mar! The hosts were wonderful and accommodating during our stay. We had everything we needed for working from the place as well as relaxing and enjoying the ocean views. Highly reccomend this home!

Loved the location of the Treehouse! Quiet neighborhood, great for walking, even with the hill workout. Only 10 min to the Plaza & 15 min to the great Del Mar beaches. Definitely will try to book here again!!!

Over 30 bars and restaurants within walking distance. Escape the bustle of downtown to this very quiet neighborhood with lots of parking and ocean breezes and views.

Enjoy the quaint village, and then retreat to our quiet, peaceful hillside escape. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Our house is located within walking distance of downtown Del Mar, all the shops and restaurants, and great beaches for surfing or swimming. It has beautiful ocean views and is in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of parking.
