Excellent location! The host was very attentive and replied within a timely manner! We enjoyed the get away and got to enjoy many of the near by beaches. Definitely a place we would recommend and would love to revisit! Appreciate all the details especially when traveling with our children not only was it comfortable for us as the adults but for the children as well!

Very spacious for a condo and the back sliding glass door and patio faces the pool and game area! The outdoor furniture was a great place to sit in the shade and watch the moss swaying in the huge canopy of Live Oaks. The gas grill is a plus We had a fabulous stay!

We enjoyed our weekend stay! The house was very clean and very nice. Felt like a home away from home. I could tell this is a family home. The kitchen had anything you could think of and even essentials to cook with and condiments. We met some of the owners of other units in the pool and they are a very nice little community. We road our bikes to the beach everyday. Will will definitely be back. Thanks for a great weekend!

Spring Getaway

My husband and I traveled from Wisconsin. Weather was fantastic! Beaches, Fishing Pier, shopping was all very close. Condo was very well decorated,clean and well equipped with your basic necessities and then some! I would totally recommend this rental! Thankyou so much for a great place to vacation and when needed to relax and feel at home!

Perfect getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! So comfy, great location and had everything we could possible need for nights in. Our tradition of staying at St. Simon’s each summer was even more instilled with this amazing property! We will definitely be back.

Enjoyable rental!

My family stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the rental—it provided us with most of what we needed and also was convenient to the activities we wanted to do while visiting SSI. We knew in advance that laundry isn’t in the unit, so while it would’ve been helpful to have in the unit, we decided upon booking that it wasn’t a dealbreaker. I was glad that I messaged the host while packing to inquire about beach towels as they are not included in the rental so we ended up having to bring our own.

Family vacation

The house is very clean, well organized, it is as seen in the photos, everything is very close from the beach to the restaurants, the pool is very clean. Without hesitation we would rent the place again.

This includes linens, dishes, outside furniture, grill, rugs, glasses, etc...Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. I love this neighborhood. It is a short walk or drive to the beach. The pool is also right out the back door. It is a convenient location to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This unit is one of the nicest ones in the complex. Everything is new and redecorated. It has awesome amenities. Child friendly. Games, toys, pool, ping pong table, corn hole set, large TVs, walk in shower, great entertaining area around the bar and the luxury of new outside furniture, NEW GRILL and a great high top table with a small furnace to light for ambiance or it has a flat top which makes table great for a lunch outside or playing games.
