While check-in is completely contactless, help is available 24/7 and is just a phone call away! You will receive check-in instructions 5 days prior to your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out for anything you may need.

This property is situated in the heart of Hampton Beach. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the doorstep to the water. You’ll also find all that Hampton is known for within walking distance. However, our property is on a quiet, residential road. You won't have to deal with all of the traffic and large groups Hampton is known for.

You'll have complete access to your condo, including:

Welcome to the beach! We are now accepting monthly rentals through the winter. Our condo is perfect for traveling nurses and professionals, as we are central to several hospitals including Exeter Hospital and Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Our home is on a quiet, residential road and most of the neighbors actually leave for the winter. It'll feel like you have Hampton Beach to yourself for the winter!

Our newly renovated 2 bedroom, one bathroom condo is perfect for small family vacations or romantic beach getaways. Hampton Beach is within 5 minutes from our property and the boardwalk is right across the road. All of Hampton’s main attractions are within walking distance from our home. This includes arcade games, food, and shopping. There are often live performances nearby, and there are also vendors for surfing, boating, and whale watching. While you’re close enough to enjoy all that Hampton has to offer, you’ll also be far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet from the traffic and noise.

Our home has been newly renovated and updated to provide you with a beautiful and modern space during your stay. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to cook and includes efficiency appliances, including a dishwasher! The open living room/kitchen design makes it easy to entertain and relax after a long day at the beach.

Traveling with a larger group? We have 4 more units right next to this one. We can happily provide large group discounts if you book multiple units for the same dates!

Our condo has 2 private bedrooms with the following set-up:

All told, we can sleep 4 guests.

⭐We offer 1 parking spot that can fit a small sedan. This parking is stacked and you may get blocked in by another guest. If you have a larger vehicle or will need to use your car for the time you are staying with us, there is also a paid lot right around the corner on Ashworth Avenue called Central Parking. They offer 24 hour parking and I recommend reserving your parking well in advance of your stay.

⭐VERY IMPORTANT: We do not allow any smoking/vaping of any kind AT ALL in our units or on the premises. We prefer to host non-smokers, as these units are all very close together and we do not want guests bothered by any smells. We would request smokers to consider whether our home is right for them.

⭐We prefer to host guests who are 25 and older.

⭐Please be aware, guests looking for a 28 day stay or longer will be expected to sign a rental agreement.

⭐Please note, we have 5 units at this property and they are either on top of each other or directly next to each other. We have quiet hours from 10 pm-8am to ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay. Please be respectful of your neighbors!
