The Space:
Your family will love relaxing in the great room living area, where everyone can enjoy watching TV, reading, or basking in the natural of light from the many windows. The kitchen is fully stocked so the chef of your group can whip up a delicious meal on the gas stove for all to enjoy. If the chef likes someone to keep them company while they cook, the bar seating provides a comfortable space to sit and chat during mealtime or snacks. There's room for your whole group at the dining table, meaning you can enjoy dinner together. There is plenty of outdoor seating if you choose to dine in the fresh air, and a gas grill is available on the top deck for the perfect BBQ! A master king room rounds out this top level.

Head down one flight of stairs to the mid level and you are greeted with a variety of bedroom options. There are two queen bedrooms (one with an ensuite bathroom!) and a double over double bunk bed room. The laundry with washer and dryer are also located on this floor.

The ground level is where the fun begins. Challenge a family member to a competitive round of pool while watching another sport on TV. A mini fridge provides easy access to drinks and snacks mid-game, and the bunk bedroom adds more space for people to sleep. There is a door to the patio which leads to the gated pool deck, where you'll find the private pool & hot tub!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The home is located in the Ocean Sands Community in Corolla. The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your transportation!

Corolla is a beautiful Outer Banks town known for its wild horses, pristine beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

Payment Schedule:
50% due at confirmation
50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in

The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
