Los propietarios de esta casa de 5 años continúan mejorando cada año. Sus toques incluyen NUEVA pintura, pisos, juegos de comedor, muebles de sala, alfombras, televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación, asientos exteriores, cubierta de nivel uno extendida, mesa de picnic y mucho más.

Pintura fresca para la temporada 2018 y PISOS NUEVOS en el nivel 2. Nuevos colchones tamaño queen, nuevos juegos de literas, nuevas mesas y sillas de comedor, muebles nuevos de sala de estar, terrazas ampliadas en el nivel uno con mesa de picnic y otros asientos, nuevos televisores de pantalla plana directv en todas las habitaciones. Los nuevos propietarios han hecho muchas mejoras en el mobiliario y la decoración! ¡Siente el amor! :-)


Esta casa semi frente al mar en Carova tiene todo lo que necesita para descansar y relajarse: privacidad, vistas al mar y un corto paseo a la playa. Observe los caballos salvajes y la abundante vida silvestre desde el porche privado con mosquitero y las amplias cubiertas en tres niveles. We had a great time. The property was clean. All basic essentials needed were included. The location was nice and quiet. Being able to drive and park on the beach was a huge convenience.

Phenomenal!!! Do NOT Hesitate!!! This listing far exceeded my expectations! Not only was the house spotless but it had everything we could have hoped for! To top it all off Laura is not only the most amazing Host but she is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My son accidentally left his iPad along with a few other items at the house as we were packing the car to leave. We noticed they were missing after exiting the beach and airing up the tires. We called Laura and without hesitation she jumped in her car, grabbed the items left behind and met us on the beach! I was blown away! Laura is so helpful and answered any questions we had immediately! The horses were incredible! So beautiful! They visited daily… the pool and the hot tub were both so clean! We absolutely Loved this house. It was our first time staying in CAROVA. It was such a cool experience! We will definitely be back every summer!!! I cannot say enough positive things about both the host and the property!

Beautiful, relaxing vacation spot

We had a wonderful time at this great beach house! The location is perfect - fairly secluded and quiet, but a very easy walk to the beach. The house is clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were both great. Sitting on one of the many decks and listening to the waves while horses wandered below was definitely my favorite part.

Just what we wanted!

Our family’s 10th visit to the 4x4! This house is wonderful! It is well cared for, charming, super clean, a well stocked kitchen and great house amenities. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened in porch. We were delighted when the horses visited a couple of times. It was a fabulous stay! Definitely will stay with Summer Paws again!

Amazing stay !!

THANKS for your review. I remember we had some trouble with the hot tub being in economy mode during your stay. That happens when you press more than one button at a time!! So it's just a matter of using one finger on one hand to change the heat/jets, just so it doesn't accidentally get put in Economy mode. Maybe we should have a placard for when it accidentally happens. Pool operation on the other hand is definitely not something we should have anyone but the licensed pool operator handle. I hope you didn't encounter any trouble with the pool! Anyway, we hope you enjoyed your stay and will come again!!

Summer Paws - a great escape to relax!

This was our first visit to Carova Beach, and we loved it! We loved driving on the beach, the sand roads, and seeing the wild horses. They were in the yard everyday. You won't need to go on a horse tour if you stay at this property! :) It's a big plus to have the private pool to break up the day at the beach (especially with 2 kids)! Our Golden Retreiver and Bernedoodle loved their first trip to the beach and borrowing Saylor's Place for the week. It's a great place to truly relax and unwind!

Relaxing Beach Getaway !

Rental was very clean and came equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. It is situated one row back from the beach, which, with being able to drive and park on the beach is not an issue at all. So handy to be able to load up the truck with beach gear and drive 1 minute to the beach. Carova cottages was fast to respond with any questions I had regarding our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach rental that is pet friendly. Our first time at Carova Beach and Summer Paws exceeded our expectations !

Everything You Need for a Perfect Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient and easy to make a reservation and communicate any questions/requests with the host. Received all the information needed to know exactly what to bring, arrival/departure expectations, and how to use the amenities. Cannot speak highly enough of the host and cannot think of a more prefect way to spend a week on the beach than SummerPaws - 5 minute walk (you can drive as well) to watch a sunrise or a sunset on the beach or otherwise enjoy the ocean; 5 to 7 minute walk to the local volunteer fire department to buy t-shirts, ice and other goodies; a hot tub and a pool for those times when you feel like staying closer to the house; a fantastic screened-in outdoor eating area off the uppermost level (enjoyed most of our meals there); and, most importantly for us, SummerPaws is a focal point for wild horse activity! The horses love hanging out all around the yard at SummerPaws. Was amazing! Highly, highly recommend SummerPaws as the place to stay for anyone wanting to vacation on Carova Beach.

What a great week at Summer Paws! The house was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We definitely could have used a pancake griddle though😊. A great feature of the house is an enclosed deck with a table and chairs. Our family ate dinner out there almost every night! You are literally a 1 min drive to beach, the house is located right next to a beach access. We had a group of 3 horses that came almost daily. One came up almost to the bottom deck, luckily we had the ropes on so he couldn’t get on! The beach is beautiful and we never had a problem with vehicles driving in front of us, they drive in back of your car. Make sure you have all of your necessities that you need with your or you’ll be driving 8 1/2 miles on the beach back to paved roads to a store. It took us 35 mins every time we needed to get onto paved roads, but it’s Definitely worth it, our family enjoyed every second of our time spent therel, and so did our dog, Lacie!

We sure are glad you enjoyed your stay. Pancake griddle is DEFINITELY on the buy list!! Funny how the horses love that house so much. That rope is across the lower deck so the horses will not help themselves to the shade under the house and leave you a present.!! Hope you will come and visit again. We'd LOVE to have you. Laura
