Comfortable for families as well as couples overlooking the large, outdoor "Family Pool".
If you are looking for a place to relax as well as be close to the pools, then you have found the right place! This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom is in a great location! With a very open floor plan and lots of space for everyone to spread out, you will feel comfortable as you unwind and relax at the Las Palmas Resort. The master bedroom has a KING bed w/ a private bathroom, bedroom 2 has a QUEEN bed and shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3 which has QUEEN + 2 Twin (Daybed+trundle). NO BUNKS in this condo! We have beds enough to sleep 8 comfortably. If you need an extra bed for 1 or 2 more guests, just ask and we will be glad to rent you an air mattress or pack-n-play for the little ones.

The only complaint I have is the coffee pot is to small, 4 cup machine in a place that sleeps 10 people?! And the largest frying pan is really small, had to make scrambled eggs in two batches. Otherwise the place was great.

Wokred out perfect and was exaclty what we needed.

Didnt spend much time there other than to sleep but it was perfect for our needs. Would stay there again.

Awesome Condo...

This condo located on the 3rd floor of the Las Palmas Resort was beautiful. It had a great view of the pool below and an awesome patio. The dishwasher was stinky, though, and it collected water in the bottom.

Better than the photos!

Stayed in condo 1910. Pleasantly surprised with how huge the deck was. There was plenty of space for ten of us and all our stuff. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and good quality. Only recommendation would be more dinner plates. Look forward to staying again.

Nice but not fully stocked

The property was clean and comfortable. The property could have had been fully stocked with a few more items such as some laundry detergent, adequate shampoo and conditioner, food storage containers or zip lock bags.

Great place except for wifi

This is a really nice unit and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the wifi is unreliable. The signal drops every few minutes and is out for 2-5 minutes then on, then off, then on, then off. It was impossible to work and we could not stream any music. I called and they said the unit had recently been converted over to fiber so hopefully they can get the service issues worked out. Otherwise it was a great unit.

Tired and worn out rental

Unit was advertised as a bottom level in bold, it's actually a top unit. I specifically needed a bottom level for children to come and go and ride scooters in the back where one of the pools is located. Bottom floor is a must for Las Palmas with children. There are very nice pathways and the way the units are positioned the back is the best since most look out into beautiful common areas with playgrounds and pools. Unfortunately, the elevator was also broken. Next issue was the cleanliness of the place. Upon entering it, it had the smell of dirty socks. Aired the place out and started the AC with improvement. The carpets are old, stained, and leave new white socks black. Walking in bare feet on the carpet and it feels like the carpet is sticky. The master bed is a bit worn out and has two depressions in the mattress from use. The trundle beds support beam was also broken leaving two beds out of service and sharp splintering wood exposed. The property manager offered one air mattress. It was also poorly stocked, we had one garbage bag under the sink, very few items to cook with and a half roll of paper towels before we were out. We have stayed at Las Palmas three times now and this unit was by far the worst. The two previous times we had bottom levels with a better overall experience. Don't not stay in Las Palmas due to this review as it is a wonderful family resort with multiple pools, playgrounds, walking paths. We enjoy this resort just did not enjoy this unit.

Long weekend family get together

Nice, 3 BR, 2 BA condo. Bedrooms were nice size & beds were comfortable. Very large patio overlooking the pool. 3rd floor unit with an elevator. Condo complex definitely has the vacation vibe with many pools, hot tubs, palm trees and well maintained landscaping.

Comfortable and fun

This unit is well stocked and comfortable for the perfect vacation relaxing. There lots of some things for the kids to do including swimming which is always the favourite. The pool is right outside the condo.

Super Fun & Relaxing

I especially enjoyed my stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels were stocked. Everything was provided for a great stay.. Would love to room there again on our next trip!

St. George Stay

Very thing was great but could have had better communication from the property manager. Property was ran through a separate service. That separate service provider did not communicate that we would receive information from that separate provider.

Overall, great

We enjoyed staying here. The property manager was great with communication. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzis, and a great view of another outdoor pool. We appreciated the location, the washer and dryer, the parking. The TVs in the bedrooms didn’t work however. The fire place puts out good heat and is nice to have on. Our group of nine for well, but more dinner plates and more seating, maybe a little foldable table and chairs for kids would be nice. Overall, great!

October visit

We stayed in a third floor condo that was very nice. Plenty of towels, complete kitchen utensils and it was very clean. Great access to the pool/jacuzzi and convenient parking. Did try to email property manager twice before our stay and did not get any response before our arrival, otherwise the entire reservation process was very easy and complete.

Wonderful Stay

We loved staying here for 3 days. The condo was very clean and up to date. There was plenty of room and it overlooks the pool and Jacuzzi. We have no complaints and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfy, and since it was so cold, we loved the fireplace. It was interesting seeing snow on the palm trees off of the balcony. We had a great time with good friends and I would do it again in a heartbeat (How about this weekend?...I wish)
