It's a lovely modern 2 bedroom terrace house with an open plan kitchen and living room & 2 good size bedrooms. Please note that this place is perfect for small groups or business travellers.

The lovely open living room leading through to the kitchen space is full of light and features comfortable seating as well as a dining area with 4 chairs. A large flat screen TV mounted on the wall gives guests optional access to Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchen offers you a lovely space to cook, with a door leading out to a private outside space area with decking and seating.

Upstairs the house features 2 good size double rooms with storage space. The master bedroom also contains a TV with attached chromecast. The bathroom is modern with a good electric shower.

We are perfectly setup for business travellers perhaps in Dublin for work in nearby Grand Canal Dock and needing somewhere nearby.

Other things to note
We have a 'Ring' doorbell with camera covering the exterior front of the building from the door looking outside to the road. Also a 'Nest' security camera for the outside yard. These have been installed for your security and safety.
