All in all a great experience. Had a few minor issues upon arrival but Sam our host took care of everything. House had everything we needed for our weekend celebration of our daughter’s High Point University commencement.

🌟 About Your Host

Hi, I’m Sam—a proud North Carolinian with a love for Southern hospitality, simple comforts, and making people feel right at home.

I’ve lived in the High Point area for years and absolutely love everything this community has to offer—from our world-famous Furniture Market to the beautiful green spaces, amazing food, and growing local businesses. Hosting this home gives me the chance to share a piece of that with travelers from all walks of life.

Whether you’re a corporate guest, traveling nurse, visiting professor, or family on a weekend getaway, I want your stay to be stress-free, restful, and welcoming. That’s why I’ve designed this home with comfort and convenience in mind—just like I’d want if I were traveling.

When I’m not hosting, you’ll find me exploring local coffee shops, checking out estate sales, or walking through the neighborhood with a good podcast in my ears. I genuinely enjoy being a host—it’s a small way I get to play a part in someone else’s journey.

I hope you’ll feel right at home here and enjoy your time in High Point as much as I do. Thanks for considering staying with us—I look forward to welcoming you!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

🏡 Why I Chose This Neighborhood

I chose this neighborhood because it truly has the best of both worlds—it's peaceful, safe, and walkable, yet close to everything you need. Nestled in Westover Gardens in High Point, the area has a welcoming, residential feel with sidewalks, mature trees, and friendly neighbors, making it perfect for morning walks or evening strolls.

What I enjoy most is how conveniently located it is. You’re just minutes from a buzzing restaurant district, shopping centers, grocery stores, gas stations, movie theaters, the YMCA, Truist Baseball Stadium, and more. Whether you're headed to High Point University, the International Furniture Market, or The Stock & Grain downtown, everything is just a short walk or drive away.

It’s the kind of neighborhood where you feel right at home the moment you arrive—quiet enough to relax and recharge, yet close enough to all the action when you’re ready to explore.
