PROPERTY AMENITIES
Elevator, Internet, Heat & Central A/C, Televisions, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

HOT TUB HEAT AVAILABLE (FEES APPLY)
Built In Hot Tubs at homes advertised with this amenity are available to be heated year-round. We recommend requesting hot tub heat at the time of booking. It must be added at least 72 hours prior to check-in and cannot be added after arrival. Houses that offer a hot tub heat have an additional fee of $600 and must be requested to be added to the reservation. Please request to add on hot tub heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
