We had a great time in PiB, the location of the condos was perfect. Not directly in all the chaos but only mins away on a golf cart.

Nice for a night or so

Great amount of space. Beds aren’t very comfy but by the time you get home from a day on Put-N-Bay it’s not like you even feel the bed.

Loud and generally dirty

Perfect for a frat party weekend but if you’re going during off-season with your family or care about your back/comfort look elsewhere. Trash and grime all over the bathroom floors (around the toilet looked like it had never been cleaned) and very strangle stains on the carpets. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on and they were so LOUD. None of us slept due to the obnoxious noises they made when you made even a small movement. Checkin/checkout was generally easy and it was convenient to be able to rent a cart directly on site. Quick 5 min cart ride to the Main Street.

The condo is away from downtown (so all the hustle & bustle doesn't disturb your sleep) but also close enough that it's just a quick ride in a golf cart to everything (downtown, caves, winery, etc.)!

Nothing really changed since last visit

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in the same condo as last visit 2 yrs ago. Similarly unkempt space—same doors still damaged. This time however, ice maker not functioning and kitchen faucet handle falling apart Our neighbors condo smelled of marijuana so bad that it made our condo smell for a few days Additionally, cleaning staff opened up door one day when I was in the shower and startled me, looking for a towel.

Lake Erie Family Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the vacation was decent. There was no check in staff. No brochure or discounts provided. The mattress in the master bedroom was broken. My entire family moved to the other bedroom because of how bad the mattresses were in the condo. The electric cords for the pool cleaner and the pool cleaner were left in the pool while people were swimming. Honestly, the pool cleaning should have started before the pool opened for the day. Clearly the condo was meant for a younger crowd to rent.

Always a great place to stay on the Island.

The location is great on the water, with nice amenities and a quick golf cart ride into town. Highly recommended to anyone heading to PIB. The staff is laid back and good to work with. I am giving this 4 stars because the bed was not the most comfortable and the lock on the door to our room was loose and did not seem very secure. This caused our door to not close tightly. Other than that, the room was very clean, the pool was clean, the grills were in good working order and were also clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very underwhelmed and put off with the condition of the condo. Starting with the carpet, that was filthy. I was forced to keep the bedroom doors closed during the daytime so my toddlers would not sit and play in there. Both balconies were rendered useless. The one facing the pool was littered with bird poop so I was not comfortable with them outside there either. The pillows and comforters were way past their lifespan. I do not understand why even inexpensive pillows would seem such a high expense. Doors were off the hinges in one bedroom. One shower did not work. We found 2 shards of glass and one very hard and sharp plastic chunk, all of which would have easily cut/punctured feet if stepped on.We have stayed in another condo there previously and it was not such an inconvenience. We have also stayed at tens of Airbnb's and have never felt so much like the owners lacked pride in their property and that it was simply a maximum profit only investment. We had to clean our feet nightly just to get in the beds.In short: filthy; unsafe; unusable space including balconies; uncomfortable beds and linens.Paying hard earned money for this kind of experience makes it all the more frustrating and hesitant to trust Airbnb in the future.Very disappointed customers

Not worth the hassle

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wanted to save $$ vs our usual place in town, and also thought it would be quiet. Was told no towels/bedding, but not that we would need dish soap and scrubber, laundry soap, hand soap; undersheets were stained and even w/our clean top sheets my wife caught a rash; only one dishwasher pellet given. Second night was woken at midnite, 2:30 and 5 a.m by loud boomboxes/radios from partying kids in the lot (being so far from police dept, I know there is no stopping this).The good? Pool very clean, communications by email and phone were great (including early entry when we got caught in a rain storm) Next time will go back to our favorite place, spend more, enjoy more

It definitely needs updating and a coat of paint. The kitchen was great. The pullout on the couch was broke so the couch wouldn’t close. The mattresses are old and you can’t rollover without tons on creaking and noise. The pool is great. We were definitely disappointed that we couldn’t go down to see the lake. There needs to be a beach and fire pits lakeside. All summed up, the condo and the complex could really use some TLC.

Great location!

The location was great for biking and touring without being right in the middle of the action. We also enjoyed the pool!
