Waterfront condo on Middle Bass Island

Relaxing, lakefront condo with balcony on Middle Bass Island. This newly updated condo sleeps 6 comfortably. New furniture throughout. Master bedroom is very spacious and has two queen beds with a private full bath attached. Second bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom directly across the hall. Kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. This unit also has a private washer/dryer. Balcony has a new comfortable patio set and gas grill.

Middle Bass Island offers something for everyone. There is plenty of peaceful nature to enjoy on this quiet island. All while being a short water taxi ride over to Put- In- Bay on the Sonny S Ferry. The state park marina is just a short walk away with transient docks, and free boat ramp. Contact the Middle Bass Island State Park Marina for information on bike and kayak rentals.

Please note: This condo is located on Middle Bass Island NOT Put-In-Bay.
Middle Bass Island is only accessible by boat. Please contact Miller Ferry for schedules and rates.

Important: This condo prohibits parties, including bachelorette/bachelor parties. Excessive noise/disturbance gives the owner the right to immediately suspend the tenants stay, forfeiting the remaining rent.

Excellent stay

The condo is a lovely property with an amazing view of the lake and perfectly peaceful for a family stay. Everything was as advertised and was well supplied and furnished. I would definitely recommend!

Great view

Of all the options on the island this was probably one of the best choices. Place was clean except for sink and porch but otherwise okay. No soap or shampoo so had to go buy some. Property around condo was unkept and no landscaping. View of water was excellent. Neighborhood was a bit odd and unkept. Furniture was nice and comfortable. Owner sent instructions and ferry reminders which was nice.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view!

My family stayed for a weekend and we loved it! We have stayed in several condos on MBI and this was our favorite.

Perfect weekend

This condo was exactly like the pictures. Everything was perfect. The only bad thing was we couldnt rent a golf cart. May check into that before arriving!

This condo was beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. It’s right on the water, there is a little beach next door and it’s a short 2 min drive to the ferry and the general store. The host was absolutely fantastic and so quick to respond to every question I had. There is a cute speak easy on the island and the food at the cafe is amazing! This place is like a hidden gem and the perfect getaway.

Great view of the lake

The condo was nicely furnished and also clean. The view was the absolute best part. You do have to walk by a very rowdy, loud crowd to get there but once you are back into the condo building it was quiet. Most places we rent normally have standard amenities such as soap, small samples of shampoo, coffee, sugar, small creamers…so we were surprised this condo did not. Also!!! IMPORTANT! 4 out of the 5 times we really needed a shuttle we could not get one. There is only ONE shuttle for Hazzards on Middle Bass, so we were stuck at a pizza place with no way to walk almost a mile in a bad storm. Take your car over to this island, if you stay at this condo located in Hazards-it is not like PutNBay where they have tons of shuttles/taxis. You will be carrying your luggage for over 25 minutes on a highway with no sidewalk. We wish we would have known this info especially with the storms! But we appreciated the condo being clean and they did have a coffee maker. And the little patio was nice. We turned off the air conditioner while we sat outside for another tip.

Terrific view

Great quiet location with beautiful views from living room and both bedrooms. Perfect for relaxing or an easy quick trip to Put in Bay by water taxi. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot for a getaway

Won this stay as a company prize, and I was very excited for this trip. The condo was secluded and quiet. Samantha was excellent on communicating with us on check-in and what to do before we got there! So glad we stayed here!

Girls Trip

We stayed here for a girls trip recently and had a blast! It was nice being a quick boat ride away from put in bay but also be able to come back and relax with the slower pace of Middle bass island. Would highly reccomend staying at this condo.

We will definitely be staying here again! We loved the atmosphere on the island - people were very friendly and helpful. The condo was beautiful, clean and up to date. The balcony was AMAZING!! Thanks for a great stay!

Wedding on Middle Bass Island

The property was better than expected! Perfect accommodation for our family of six. We enjoyed the Hazards location. Our host was very helpful. We plan to return.

Middle bass condo

The condo is very nice. It was clean, roomy and decorated beautifully. The view of the lake from the balcony is very nice. The chairs on the balcony are tall and since I'm short I would have liked a shorter chair but everyone else was fine. It's an issue I find in a lot of places. We enjoyed the condo and appreciate the elevator.

Quiet Retreat

Location off the beaten path but yet still close enough to take a ferry to the action at Put-In-Bay. Bring your own groceries but if you forget something, the Middle Bass Island General Store with Bar and Restaurant will have you covered. Condo had great balconey with views directly on the water to watch beautiful sunrises. Great stay with family!
