Parking is a struggle

There are two deeded space for this condo unit, but they were frequently filled by customers of the pizza shop next door. Parking violations are not enforced by the management company, even after multiple calls. It was a serious inconvenience as almost all spaces are deeded to specific units so there was nowhere else to go.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You need to know for the next guest using this unit. The refrigerator is hard to access, and only one of the produce drawers works. Every time we use the microwave or the oven, the smoke alarm goes off, and the Keurig is broken. Just basic instructions for the TV would be helpful too. Also, It would be beneficial if the access ramps to the beach for the golf carts were marked better; it's confusing for those who have never stayed here. We ended up on the wrong ramp and had to reverse back down, which was dangerous.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay and the property was great but the washer died early in our stay and despite making requests for a repair via the app and in person (you couldn’t get through on the phone at all) no one ever showed up to repair. I feel like the loss of the washing machine for a beach trip was an inconvenience and an amenity that we paid for.

Lovely property but not worth the money

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented for a 3 night minimum stay for holiday weekend. Property is nice but certainly not luxurious and definitely not worth the money we paid. Our reserved parking spot (1/2) was taken by someone else so we had to park down the street. Fridge and freezer reeked of fish, couldn’t even use the ice. Already used/empty tube of body wash in the bathroom. Drawer knobs that fall off, plugs that don’t work. Little things like this that keep it from being a 4-star experience or feeling like you got what you paid for. Property/complex is very cute, nice pools, lovely beach area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property had that "Wow" effect when we first opened the door! Clean, nicely furnished. Kids loved the bunk room with 3 sets of bunks! (One bunk had a full size bed on the bottom.) Other two bedrooms were nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Washer and dryer came in handy.Only one small balcony with view of the social circle drive.

Ok— nothing spectacular

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed on cinnamon shore in a house in the past and was a prior owner actually too. Wanted to check it out again after a year. Current unit was small but adequate. Certainly nothing like the homes we have visited and stayed in. CS is getting very crowded and cramped with all the development with more and more apartments/condos going up. My only main complaint is the checkin/checkout costs. We arrived a few hours early and the unit was ready— CS wanted to charge 300 to enter early. That’s not good customer service if the unit is cleaned and ready. Checkout is 10 am. Again a $100 up to a full night charge is not out by 10am. There was no one checking in the next two days so not sure the extreme need to charge customers like this. Really bad taste in my mouth and the staff doesn’t really care. “It’s in the checkin sheet you signed”. I opted not to stay at CS again for a week in August now. I think I’ll try somewhere else.

Memorial Weekend Visit

The cd machine was not working and the bottom of the stove has a loose panel. Minor issues for the owners info. The rental itself was what we needed! TownCenter concert a bit loud but the 8 month got through it. Rental of umbrellas x 4 were not visible on Saturday morning. I saw them on Sunday morning and got the crew to mark them with our name. Next I heard they had been taken down. A good organization would reimburse the cost. We will see how good the organization is! Overall a nice visit with family. Mike in the rental office should get a promotion and was a great help!

Thanksgiving with a touch of Cinnamon

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I decided to surprise my family with a last minute surprise for Thanksgiving at Cinnamon Shores. Renting a condo on the island was something that I always wanted to try, but never knew which area was the best or even how to make the arrangements. The original plan was to spend Thanksgiving at my place, but it was a typical bachelor's pad with minimal furniture. Even though the family was willing to rough it, I couldn't bare the thought of sitting Indian style around a cardboard box, which was a dual-purpose coffee table. So I did a search and stumbled upon the cinnamon shores website and was pleasantly surprised with the custom styles per condo. This particular condo was perfect as it had all the conveniences of being at home and it actually felt like home. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and considering going back for Christmas. The beach was fabulous and we woke early every morning to watch the sunrise. Quite a pleasant surprise and a much needed vacay from my humble bachelor pad. Thanks Bryan
