El Sea Shack ubicado en Casa La Playa es un lujoso 3 dormitorios 3. 5 baños con techos altos, pisos de madera, encimeras de granito y moderna decoración costera en todo. La planta baja está abierta y cuenta con una amplia sala de estar con muchos asientos para familias y grupos, cocina totalmente equipada y comedor con capacidad para 10. Hay 2 sofás cama para dormir adicional.

Las 3 habitaciones se encuentran en el segundo piso y cada una tiene baño privado, TV y balcón. La Master Suite tiene una cama King, tocador doble, ducha grande y hermosas vistas al golfo desde el balcón. El segundo dormitorio tiene cama King y el tercero tiene una cama litera doble / doble con Twin Trundle.

La piscina estilo centro turístico del complejo está justo afuera de la puerta de atrás con sillones, mesas de picnic y parrillas para barbacoa. ¡El camino del carrito de golf de la comunidad privada te sitúa a unos pasos de la playa!

Great location

This is our 2nd time to stay at the Sea Shack. It was neat, clean, spacious enough for 5 adults, and easy access to both the beach and restaurants. The management was responsive and clear in all communications. The house had everything we needed and the AC worked great. There is an outdoor shower to rinse all your things off when you come up from the beach. It was a relaxing week!

Great house! More lamps in den area would make the downstairs very nice in the evening. The upstairs bedroom with the double bed needs a nightstand with lamp. The rest of the house is very comfortable. Great location, great area and great restaurants. Love the golf cart. We will be returning.

Coastal Ambiance

This house is great for a large family. Located close to the beach, it is well appointed, roomy, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the ambiance and the pool was so nice. The golf cart was a real perk! Loved it so much, definitely going back.

Wonderful place

I absolutely loved this place! It is so clean, quiet and the kitchen is fully equipped. The walk is maybe 5 min to the beach area. My grandsons loved the pool! Worth every penny spent!!

Beautiful home near the beach

This is a beautiful home and we loved it. The golf cart is not included in the rental. The beach is just a short golf cart ride away. We will definitely stay here again.

Beach Staycation

Being local, we decided to give this property a try. We were very pleased! Lots of room and convenience to the pool exceeded our expectations. The golf cart was an added bonus even though the beach is in short walking distance. Would book again!

Memorial Day with Family

Stayed 3 nights Memorial day weekend. The house was perfect for our group of 8 adults. Super close to beach and easy drive to town. Pool right outside the back door. kitchen well stocked (could use oven mitts) Decor modern adorable house Beds comfy. AC worked great. We will stay again!!

Family Getaway

Great stay. Enjoyed having close proximity to pool and beach. Very clean and good floor plan. Suggest that owner provide a list in the house with recommendations of restaurants, etc. Also suggest a posting of wifi address in the house. Other VRBO's that I have stayed in usually have this.

Lovely Property

We had a fun, quick getaway with another couple celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary. The property was very clean and well appointed. Just a short ride on the golf cart gave us quick access to the beach, but it is also very walkable. Unit had everything we needed kitchen wise. The pool is just steps from the back door. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.

Great!

This place was great! We LOVED the golf cart! The washer dryer had many pods and I appreciated that. They did not include beach towels, and I had to wash our beach towels every night. My only con would be beach towels and the beds are a little firm.

This property is right next to the Cinnamon Shore development, so we did eat in their restaurants and has beach service through their restaurant. The unit was nicely appointed. Oven mitts and a blow dryer were not included, so if you need these- bring them! Overall, we would definitely recommend!

A short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. Sleeps 6 comfortably,8-10 with couches, pullouts. They have every appliance or kitchen Item you can think of.....even a hot dog rotisserie!! Short drive to town. Super clean! Comfy beds! Responsive and available staff! Can’t wait to go back!

Great for family/group

The location is very close to beach access and the pool is great for the little ones. The three bedrooms with three baths attached was amazing for our group. The management was very responsive,, they brought a new propane tank for the grill right away. Kitchen had lots of plates and cups, serving ware, limited spoons and forks. Minor things we weren’t sure about needing to bring when we booked - bring your own beach/pool towels, napkins, detergent, and coffee filters and salt/pepper/spices. -they provided makeup wipes and bars of soap, but if you want shampoo/conditioner/body wash you will need to bring your own -the golf cart provided is about a 10 minute drive away, and there was limited parking available for it, with other guests. - there is no use of the garage, and there was not a vacuum accessible Very close to Port A, there is an IGA grocery store and several other convenience and restaurants If you forget something!

Beyond my Expectations

The house was beautiful. Didn’t even realize it was two story until we got here, So that Is why I said it was beyond my expectations. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Pool was steps from our front door. I would like to suggest a few more towels and wash rags. There was a Dollar General store close by so we were able to pick up detergent to wash them for reuse so it wasn’t that big of a deal. We also left a deck of cards and ping pong balls in the cabinet for the next person who is looking to spend a little quality time with their family like we did. We were in town for a fishing trip. If you haven’t went flounder gigging I highly recommend that too. This house, the town, Oh, the town… Coaches has hands down the best breakfast. I love a locally owned restaurant.

Nice place with a good location

The check-in process was so easy. We got a text letting us know when the property was ready, and we were given a code so no key was needed. We noticed there were ants in the kitchen and some other areas. It was after hours so the property manager contacted us the next day. It took two more days for the pest control folks to come which was fine b/c my husband bought some ant traps which improved the situation. The communication could have been a little better, but they reimbursed us immediately for the ant supplies. Our unit was right by the pool. There is plenty of parking, and the boardwalk to the beach is great. It is golf cart accessible. I highly suggest adding a golf cart to your stay. It's just a quick ride over the boardwalk and you're on the beach. The property was very spacious, and the fixtures and decor were nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Labor Day Sea 2023 Shack

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was pleasant. The location and furnishings matched our expectations. The cushions on the pull-out couch in the living room are worn and unsightly. A deep cleaning is needed. Crumbs, dead bugs, and dust were prevalent on window sills and blinds. The bottom of the freezer is soiled. One or two clothes washing pods would have been a nice gesture. We've stayed at MANY homes in the past and have NEVER been asked to put away dishes. So this was unexpected. The master bath shower window needs a window covering, especially when the unit across the street is completed. The water hose with the sprayer was VERY convenient and appreciated. The quality of the soap products was marginal. Towels and bedding were high quality. External door fixtures were worn and corroded from the weather and should be replaced. Wifi coverage was inadequate and quality was poor. Although the phone # and name of the golf cart rental was sent, the text did not explicitly state that I should call Brons and make a reservation. Appreciated the text message regarding tar on the beach and the suggested mitigations.

We stayed at the Sea Shack and it was wonderful! The property was located in a great area that had easy access to the beach. It was a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom and it was SO CLEAN and fairly new. It had all new appliances, including a washer and a dryer. The beautiful kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware. The pool was clean and well kept as well. I would highly recommend the Sea Shack. When we go back to Port A, we will definitely stay there!
