Bathroom faucet came off when turning on. It took 24 hours before addressed. Multiple calls and emails before action. Water all over. Had to share bathroom for all 4 of us. Was told there were other emergencies prioritized. No compensation adjustments or apology. Condo itself was very nice.

This ocean-view condo was perfect for our family (2 couples one toddler) for the long Thanksgiving weekend. Nicely renovated, nice furniture, well equipped kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms are modern and bright, and the balcony area has plenty of seating. (It's also very safe for little children). We especially loved the swimming pool (which has two designated lap lanes--very unusual!) and hot tub. The gym was a little small (just one treadmill and a few other machines), but the condo is located right on a beautiful coastal beach/walk, so we exercised there. The rental agents were very responsive to our queries. We would definitely stay here again!

Super location and great views!

Thank you for the wonderful stay as we were chasing the sun in January. We enjoyed the pool and private beach area overlooking great sunsets. We will be back. Thank you to the management team for helping us out when we needed them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautifully maintained complex. We were on the 4th floor and enjoyed the view and breeze. The unit was clean and comfortable. TV was a little funky to work but we figured out how to get to Prime. All white walls so very bright. Didn't like that there were no soothing lights or dimmer switches. The indirect lighting was either on or off, no way to get a comfortable evening light.The bed was comfortable and plenty of linens provided.

Lots of room beds were comfortable and very clean.The pictures were spot on except for coffee pot, we expected a K-cup but we made it work! Great view and a wonderful unit we would rent it again. Getting in was a bit confusing, security was very helpful.

Beautiful Property, Wonderful Experience

No on-property "beach approach" is a bummer, but Smathers Beach is 10-15 min walk next door. However, if you have small kids (and all their beach baggage) and want to sit & play right where the water meets the sand, Fort Zachary Tyalor Beach is a much better option... a 10-15 drive. Newly remodeled unit is very nice... bathroom and kitchen felt nice & new. Only complaint: pool was too warm. I'm sure it felt great at night, but on a hot day it wasn't very refreshing... but we did it anyway.

Amazing property & great location

Amazing property & host. Fantastic views & has some great common facilities (pool, hot-water jacuzzi, gym, parking) within the gated compound. Property was as described. Neat, clean & well maintained. Instructions for check-in were clear & smooth. Clean towels, bedsheets, well-stocked kitchenette (with ice-maker in the fridge). We loved the family time there & will definitely recommend a stay at this apartment if you planning to visit Key West! It's around 5-6 mins drive to Doval street - so away from the hustle-bustle. Just a couple of suggestions though - bathrooms are done up well but would be great to have bath mats in there as the floor does get slippery. Also, guests should carry their own bath gel/ shampoo. Sitting in the verandah late evenings is a bit of an issue given the mosquitoes. Rest everything was perfect! Had a lovely stay. Thank you 😇

Amazing stay

My husband and I stayed the week with friends on my spring break. We celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary and enjoyed our time taking in the view, sun, pool, beaches, and Key West. Loved being outside of the town busyness and but close enough to enjoy. The condo renovation is amazing and the patio was where we enjoyed lots of our time!

Great Location! Clean and spacious condo!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful! Comfortable and spacious with a well equipt kitchen. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to make a few meals (there was even a set of toddler silverware!). The floors were beautiful and the unit was very clean. The location was great and we rented a golf cart to easily get back and forth from downtown. There were a few disappointments though. There was barely any hot water. We had lukewarm showers that were quite unpleasant. There were no blackout shades in the bedrooms. The lights from the other condo units made it bright in the bedrooms even at night and then the sunlight came streaming in first thing in the morning waking everyone up. The outdoor balcony was beautiful and had a great view but the flooring was sticky and gross. We didn’t use the space due to this issue. I think it was cleaned with too many chemicals and not washed down after. Again, big and beautiful space but I would likely stay somewhere else next time due to these issues. Good sleep and hot showers are key elements to a rental unit in my opinion.

The Big 3!

Large Hot Tub, Sparkling Lap Pool, and great Ocean View. A great place to relax and explore all that Key West has to offer. The condo was bright, clean and very comfortable.

Beautiful View

The newly renovated condo was beautiful. We enjoyed the large balcony and beautiful view. The property has a nice large pool. Only a few minute drive to restaurants and activities.
