Just a 9 minute stroll to Old Town Cottonwood. Open to short & medium term stays

Casa Naranja is a 1500 square foot modern one story three bedroom, 2 bath house. The living room accouterments include leather sofa, loveseat and chair with power recline, headrest and lumbar adjustment. After a day of hiking or sight seeing you can relax in front of the 75" Roku Smart TV. The main bedroom has a new King bed with a new mattresses, two leather chairs and a three quarters bath--shower as opposed to bath. The two other bedrooms both have new Queen beds with new mattresses. Old Town Cottonwood has only gotten better with the continued development of restaurants and entertainment venues, especially including a 7-acre hilltop development in Cottonwood that will include private tastings, tours, a gelateria, and a Trattoria to be opened by Merkin Vineyards & Caduceus Cellars. As the headline says, we’re open to longer stays if desired and guests who stay longer than 30 days or more receive a 20% discount.

Great house with a great view!

This property was one of the best we have stayed at! Our group of six love to get away from the Phoenix area several times a year and this visit to Cottonwood did not disappoint! The house was beautiful, the morning view from the patio was spectacular and the location to shops, and wineries was great. We visited Jerome, down town Cottonwood, the Blazing M Ranch and had time to play our card games! We would highly recommend this property!

Outstanding Home Stay!

This was the best home we have had the opportunity to stay in via VRBO. The home was beautiful and very well equipped for a wonderful stay. It is a short walk to Old Town. Highly recommended!!

We had an incredible stay here. First, the place is so clean, it feels like you are the first people to stay there. Even the grill, backyard patio and sitting areas, no dust or spiderwebs, which is unbelievable! The place had everything we needed, and was super cozy and comfortable. Second, the hosts are amazing. We had to adjust our stay several times, and she responded so quickly, and was so nice and accommodating. She even gave us updates about things to do in the area for 4th of July! I would 10000% stay here again and recommend to others!

Lovely home

The property and space is even better than the pictures show ! Great beds , bedding and pillows well stocked with dishes and cooking necessities , lovely view , so close to downtown shops and restaurants. We loved it!

Super comfortable, great location!

This 3 BR home was the perfect place for our stay in Cottonwood, AZ. The house was immaculately clean with great ammenities and nice touches. The living room furniture was super comfy as were the beds. The views were amazing, although it was a little too hot to sit out in the evenings. On cooler nights, the fire table would be a perfect place to relax and sip some Arizona wine. We will definitely return!

Beautiful Place

The four of us had an amazing stay! The home is. Beautiful and super clean ann excellent place to stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. Short walk to downtown to restaurants or to shop. Suzanne was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed and returns messages quickly. We will definitely be staying there again!

Perfect in Cottonwood

This home was perfect. We are 4 current and retired teachers who were on an end of school celebration weekend. This home was immaculate, tastefully decorated, furnished with everything we needed, beautiful outdoor view and seating area, walking distance to town and ready for check-in when we arrived. We had a wonderful time. It is a 10/10!

Beautiful property. The home was extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the host took care extra care providing everything we might possibly need. Very prompt service and response whenever I had a question. We look forward to staying here again when visiting Cottonwood!

Wonderful stay - perfect home in a great location

This wonderful home exceeded all of our expectations. The house was immaculate, comfortable, serene and well appointed and decorated. The host anticipated everything a guest could want or need. It was super convenient to Old Town without being too close - a quick drive or walk away in a quiet and friendly neighborhood with great views. It was two of us plus a dog however the house could easily accommodate 6 people in comfort with ease. We would absolutely stay here again. There is much to see and do in the area and the location is beautiful.

Absolutely Awesome

We had a wonderful stay at Suzanne's place. The place is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The backyard is relaxing to view the sunset. It was so convenient to walk to main street. LOVED and will definitely go back!

Beautiful property walking distance to Downtown Cottonwood

My three friends and I were so impressed with every detail of this property. The home was absolutely beautiful. The pictures in the listing don’t do it justice, you have to see it for yourself. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into all the decorations and ensuring it had everything t we needed.

Fabulous stay

The house is amazing. Our host Suzanne was fantastic she thought of everything and provided everything we needed and more. The area was a great location. Ladies trip - we enjoyed spending time in Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona and some smaller areas for wineries. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again for another girls trip or with my husband. Thank you Suzanne for being a great host!

Fantastic Hosts and Wonderful Location!

We booked Suzanne and Tim's property for a weekend away and loved it. As hosts, they were very responsive, accommodating, and gave EXCELLENT recommendations for places to visit. The home itself is spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. We walked to Main Street each day and had a great time. Thank you Suzanne and Tim!

Great house Great Location

We really enjoyed staying here, walking distance to old cottonwood, short drive to Jerome, Sedona and even Flagstaff was close with a scenic drive. House was very well equipped and decorated. Everything was clean and functional. Comfortable beds and living room seating. Outdoor seating with views of the mountains, weather and Jerome. Thanks for the stat wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place to stay

The stay was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with the essential meal prep tools and the farm fresh eggs were a welcome surprise. Excellent furnishings inside and out. The linens were great. The location was quiet in the evenings and close to shopping and restaurants. The photos accurately represent the accommodations. The whole family enjoyed the layout of the home and the extra touches such as laundry baskets in the bedrooms, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower, and the snacks on the kitchen island. We would definitely stay here again!

Best location, views, cleanliness, and great owners!

I really can’t say enough good things about this experience. As a frequent VRBO renter, this is one of the nicest, clean, comfortable homes we’ve stayed in. They have everything you need including a full stacked coffee bar, comfortable beds, and wonderful amenities (not cheap stuff from the Dollar Store). But the owners communication and flexibility really made our trip! We had an unusual situation being in town for a softball tournament with schedule changes and not really knowing how long we would need to stay. They accommodated every request I made. So a huge thank you and if we are back next Summer I will definitely rebook if available and recommend to anyone staying in Cottonwood!

A lovely home and great host

The property is new, very comfortable, clean, and location is convenient to downtown Cottonwood. Great shower in the primary suite. The comfortable patio with a view toward the town of Jerome was a real bonus. The host is so thoughtful and accommodating. We really appreciated her prompt response to all inquiries. Not to mention the fresh eggs from her chickens! They made for wonderful omelets and additions to salads. The welcome basket of goodies and bottle of wine from one of our favorite vineyards was a sweet surprise. Everything was outstanding -- we loved it.

Really wonderful with so many thoughtful extras.

Family of four, stayed for 3 nights. This house really had everything you would expect and a long list of extras. It’s brand new so everything in it is new and obviously in great condition. The bedding and beds were very comfortable. We really appreciated the comfortable seating in the main area. All the seats recline so everyone has a great seat for watching a movie. A couple extras that we thought were so nice are the spices and cooking oil, rentals almost never have these. Also condiment packets, IYKYK. Lastky, the location to old town Cottonwood is perfect. The area is super fun and charming. It’s a very easy walk to town which we loved. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful Getaway

The property was beautiful. All the comforts of a home away from home. It was very clean. The host is quick to respond to messages and was gracious enough to allow us a late check out. I will definitely stay there again!
