This home is fully equipped for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Fishing equipment, coolers, gas grill, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels, linens, starter soap, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, and more to make your stay as comfortable as possible! There is a fully equipped kitchen or you may choose to try one of the many wonderful restaurants near by.
You can start your day by taking a swim in your own heated pool, walk or bike in the beautiful Orchid neighborhood, put a kayak in the water and explore the intoxicating views and aquatic life, or just sip a cup of coffee in the screened lanai and enjoy the expansive canal with a river view. You also may want to get a fishing pole down on the dock and try to catch the big one! Sitting on the dock or in the lanai you may witness dolphins, manatees, rays and tarpon swimming by. Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach, or the Gulf of Mexico, are just a drive or a boat ride away, there are many boat rentals and Captains here in the Cape to assist you with whatever you need.
We are sure you will find this home very welcoming, with wonderful views from most every room! The main bedroom has a king bed, TV and table for a relaxing glass of wine or a place to privately look at your computer and your own private bathroom with large soaking tub and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 has a king sized bed and TV. Bedroom three has a queen sized bed and twin sized bed with its own TV. They have a shared bathroom with walk in shower conveniently placed in between the rooms. There is also a sofa bed and linens available.
The main area of the home has a living room and separate family room, dining room and a kitchen that has everything you need to make a quick burger on the grill or that wonderful romantic dinner you have always wanted to make together but never have the time. The home has recently been updated and redecorated and furnished in a coastal style.
