Bag Drop-Off or Storage: Unfortunately for those arriving early or having a late flight, there is no front desk on-site so we can NOT offer this service.

Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Due to the high demand & limited time to prepare rooms for the next guest, it’s imperative you leave before check-out or arrive after your scheduled check-in time. Delays beyond 30 minutes past check-out causes major problems so we reserve the right to apply a $150 fine for guests who check out late.

Parking: Unfortunately there is NO Free Parking available on site & street parking is restricted to residential permits only. However, there is a conveniently located “pay to park” lot across the street. If you choose to park anywhere besides the pay lot, we guarantee you will be towed!

RideShare Recommended: In most of Miami & Miami Beach, parking is limited or impossible to find. We understand many travelers prefer to rent a car but we HIGHLY suggest a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft to get around this wonderful city. Your waits will be short, your headaches will be reduced, & you’ll likely spend less money than a rental plus toll fees, fuel costs, & valet/ parking.

No Pets: We all love our pets like family but this unit is strictly No Pets or ESA’s.

No Smoking: Per building & mgmt fire code, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited.

No Parties: Per building mgmt & fire code, each room has a two-person limit: With so many places to have a wild time with friends, we kindly ask you to keep the parties in the streets of Miami instead of in your room.

24-7 Monitoring: There are numerous video cameras outside the property & inside the building’s hallways & common areas. These tools are only used to verify check-in, check-out, guest occupancy, & rule compliance.

Penalties: Any violation will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking & fine of $500 + damages, repairs, or cleaning that results from your failure to abide by these short but simple rules. Thank you for understanding.
