Escape to our spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, located just steps from Miami Beach. Perfect for couples or solo travelers, this charming retreat is the ideal spot to unwind after a day of sun, sand, and sightseeing. Nestled in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, you'll be surrounded by Miami’s best restaurants, cafes, and attractions, all within walking distance. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
THE PLACE:
A large living- and dining room. Has dining table, which seats 4. Large couch, which can pull out, and sleep two adults. There is a TV and stereo.
Next is an ample kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped, and has full size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen you have the washer-dryer column, very useful for days with trips to the beach right next door!
Down the little hall you find the bedroom, with a queen size bed, which comfortably sleeps 2 adults. There is ample closet space, if your stay is extended.
Lastly, you have the full bathroom, including a tub.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with elevator on the property. The apartment does not face the street, so street noise is minimal.
