My overall impression of the property is a property with a lot of potential as it is literally about 50 yards from the water. However, I had a bad experience with the management of the property we stayed in. Let me explain: We arrived about 45 minutes early and the first thing I discovered was that I couldn't check in because the owner/mgr didn't put me in the computer at the front desk. So, I had to download and app (Whats App with a fake number and only text) to communicate with him because its obvious he doesn't want anyone to communicate with him directly. Probably because he is not pleasant. Anyway, we finally get in the room and its filthy, with dust,grease, grime and mold everywhere. I communicate this to him via text (the only way I could) and he said he will send somebody to see. His guy shows up a short time later and apologizes and asks about the paper they put around the toilet (which in his mind says the place is clean). I told him I removed it to clean the toilet (piss stains on the underside of the seat, sorry I needed to be graphic) because I had to use it. So his guy leaves and I get a text from the owner/mgr saying his guy (who just apologized to me), says the apt is clean as a whistle. I said its o.k. we will clean it ourselves. We had to go to the supermarket and buy paper towels, bleach and other cleaners and spent 2 hours cleaning the apt (I have pics). Gross and should have been unnecessary for us considering what we paid for the 5 days we stayed there . So then after cleaning, we settled down to watch tv until dinner time and found there were no batteries in the remote control unit, again I had to text him for that (and he was really rude and condescending) He sent someone over to drop batteries off. We put in the batteries, but the tv remote did not work and once again, I had to text him that and he was outright rude (I have all the texts). He sent a guy over and it turns out there was a sensor (that works with the satellite remote) behind the tv that I guess fell down into the wire sleeve on the wall. He then sent me a very condescending text stating that I am an idiot for not being able to work the remote (of course his guy couldn't either until he figured out the sensor had fallen in the wire concealer). So overall, unless your prepared to clean and deal with a person who is rude don't stay here.
