Este hermoso y cómodo estudio tiene 2 camas de tamaño completo y todos los servicios incluidos GRATIS.

* WiFi de alta velocidad
* TV por cable de pantalla ancha
* Cocina completa (microondas, estufa, cafetera, tostadora, platos, vasos, cubiertos, etc.)

El estudio es limpiado y preparado por una empresa de limpieza profesional antes y después de cada invitado.

Las camas son de tamaño completo, que es un poco más pequeña que la reina. 2 huéspedes caben fácilmente en 1 cama, pero pensamos un poco apretado, mientras que 1 invitado por cama es muy cómodo. Además, la mesa y las sillas para 2 invitados en las fotos se han reemplazado por un juego más grande para 4.

El complejo se comparte entre un hotel y unidades privadas como la nuestra, por lo que obtiene el carácter único de un hogar privado, con la comodidad de los fantásticos servicios del hotel:

Our family enjoyed staying here. Easy walk out to the beach and many restaurants/stores in waking distance. Marie & Louis were great hosts & very responsive. It was an easy check in process and clean.

The room was clean lots of pillows and towels. The boardwalk was right out of the gate of pool. It was a nice boardwalk that went a long ways. Good food right around condo. Free trolley you can catch out front along sidewalk.

It was overall a great experience. The beds were comfy, the room felt safe, and it is located in a really nice spot. The only negative comment is that the wifi was difficult to load anything.

We have stayed at Casablanca for many years now.This was the first time with this host.I do have to say they were very communitative. Everything you need was at, besides napkins or papertowels. If you chose to use their beach chair umbrella and a little cooler they did offer that we brought our own. The room was very clean, very comfortable beds, lots of pillows and the air conditioner worked great. Across the street, we discovered a nice little hole in the wall that served tacos and a really good burger. There's also a convenient store across the street. We did try the new little restaurant on the premises. We tried the empanadas they were tasty. We will be back. This room had a city view with a teeny peak of the ocean. This particular weekend had the air show on we did not even know it but it was going on while we were at the beach.Pretty cool and very loud! Affordable vacation!

Wonderful beach and pool. Room is small and furniture is somewhat shabby and worn. Could not get cable and tv to work. Agent was responsive and tried to help

Marie I was very responsive and helpful. She allowed us to check in sooner without changing extra, which meant a word to us. The building is older, but they’re doing their best to keep it clean.

Very bad for the price.... there is best hotels in the zone!!!

Very poor... walk ways dirty, elevators wet, carpet bad smells, always trash door was opened with terrible smells, the parking zone offered expired two years ago. In other words... It was a deception.

Keeping it short: Pros: *Proximity to beach *Nice Pool *Nice bed+Bathroom *Necessities for beach(chairs,umbrella etc) *Full Kitchen *Good a/c *Nice walk path Cons: *Hosts gave me false price information concerning parking at other places and just apologized. They are not very helpful. *Valet are rude and have attitude/very expensive too. *Walls are very thin you can hear everything next door. *Constant construction noises. *Room is small and needs updating wall is chipped in certain places. -Basically, I specifically would not stay there for a whole week again, you can find a good bed, pool, proximity to beach anywhere. It would probably make more sense if the hosts spent a week in the room themselves.

Description is old

Yes the description said it was old but so disappointed the oven sparked and shocked us and we could not use it. Contacted the owner and never heard back. Disappointing. Worker cam and said you can’t use it. beach towels were the size of hand towels. We had to buy nee ones. There were only 3 chairs that were old cheap and the worst. We had to buy new ones. The entire are was old and felt rundown. Lobby smelled. Valet took forever to get our car. The weather was perfect. Enjoyed walking on the beach.

Hi Carolyn, I have addressed the issues for future guests. On one point though, the oven spark is a bit of a mystery, the building engineer inspected the appliance, but didn’t find any problem. Had to check out two hous after arriving

This is not a safe place for two women to stay. Or anyone else for that matter The whole place smelled very bad as soon as you walked in the lobby. The facility is old and run down. The pool area is dirty and run down. The lounge chairs were broken and bolted down to the concrete. I was not able to stay because of the odor and safety concerns. There were people using drugs out by the pool. I have contacted the owner to request a refund and the owner as stop corresponding with me. I have contacted VRBO three times including the night I left the hotel and each time I call it's like they are taking my information for the very first time. Now I understand why the hosts will not provide the address until three days before check in. They claim this is a condo on millionaires row but it's a bad hotel room on skid row. I want my money back! I did not spend 2 hours there! The host will not return my phone calls or respond to my email.

Perfect place for a miami getaway! Cozy and comfortable place! Pool is awesome and the beach is literally on the back of the building! Manager kept in touch with me all the time to make sure everything was going great! I will definitely stay there next time i go to Miami!!

Great Location, walking distance to it all!

This condo was in a great location! It was walking distance to restaurants and other necessities! The room is small, two guests is plenty! The kitchenette is handy for breakfast and lunches. Everyone is very friendly and it felt safe! Great communication with the hosts!

Quiet area, nice room! Hotel could use work

The room: The room was cute and while not as spacious as pictured, matched the description and met all our needs. The little kitchenette is great although if you have more than two people, you might want to consider picking up some extra cups or paper ware. You definitely need the basics like paper towels. I would note that the room does not overlook the pool but that really didn’t matter to us. The owner gave really thorough instructions for our stay and included great little details that helped a lot (bring towels if you wear makeup or have funky colored hair)! Also no issues with the cable tv as previously mentioned! About the hotel and area (out of control of the owner): The hotel definitely could use some significant upgrades especially at the pool. It was too chilly for us to swim but it did not look as pictured. The restaurant is also MIA even though the website still indicates it is open. The hotel itself isn’t close to a lot of the action so if you don’t rent a car, make sure you’re ready to walk or are Uber savvy. Ubers or Lyft was not a problem at all. You might wait 5-6 minutes at the most but the lobby has lots of places to wait. Great gas station across the street with lots of basics especially beer and wine! Hit or miss on restaurants in the area being open or serving food depending on what time you arrive. All in all, we had a fun trip and the room was a nice place to crash!
