We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ No Unauthorized Guests★
Please refrain from inviting guests even if they are not staying the night. If this rule is broken, reservation will be cancelled with no refund and guests will be asked to leave


★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ EXTERIOR VIDEO SURVEILLANCE ★
To ensure the maximum safety of our guests, we have installed 24/7 surveillance covering the front of the house. These cameras are not actively monitored.

★ EXTERIOR NOISE MONITOR ★
There is a noise monitoring system in the backyard that will measure the decibels. We will be notified if it is above reasonable levels. It does not record any audio and has no camera. This way we are able to notify you if you're too loud to prevent neighbors calling the cops.

Other things to note
We want to maintain a good relationship with with the city and neighbors. The city of Scottsdale is cracking down on Airbnb's. No unregistered guests allowed even if they are only visiting and not spending the night. No noise beyond reasonable levels any time of the day. Guests will be asked to leave with no refund if any of the rules above are broken. These rules are standard among all airbnbs in Scottsdale.

City of Scottsdale does not issue warnings for excessive noise and will ticket you $1000 if they are called to the premise.

Option to heat pool at $75 / night. Minimum 2 nights, must be notified 3 days prior to stay so pool can be warmed up. Pool will be heated up to 82 degrees.

No confetti or glitter allowed. There will be a $250 fee if any confetti or glitter is discovered.

The pool will be serviced once a week, typically on Monday but the schedule may change.

There is a small step down into the the room with the 3 twin beds since It was previously a carport converted into a bedroom.
