1. 820+ Sq. ft. Outdoor Living & Patios
• Covered Patio (420 sq. ft.): Your private outdoor living space complete with 6 chairs, a long dining table, a cozy fire pit, lounge chairs, and a charcoal grill (grilling utensils included).
• Uncovered Patio (400 sq. ft.): A beautiful shared common area, perfect for sunbathing, grilling, or relaxing by the gas fire pit.

2. 910 Sq. Ft. Indoor Living Space
• Living Room: Relax on two premium leather sofas featuring 4 built-in motion recliners with footrests. Includes a 65-inch HD TV and an 11-foot custom butcher block bar top with 3 spacious bar stools.
• Fully Stocked Kitchen: with essentials like olive oil, coffee, salt, pepper, and a full spice rack. Features a large stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. Premium appliances are available for your convenience, including a Crock-Pot, rice cooker, large electric pancake griddle, air fryer, microwave, and a convection oven.
• Entryway: Dedicated hallway space to neatly hang jackets and towels.
• Bathroom & Laundry: Stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and plenty of fresh towels. Enjoy free access to a full-size washer and dryer with all laundry supplies provided.
Bedroom & Flexible Sleeping Configurations
• Main Bedroom: Features a premium Queen Beauty rest mattress, nightstand, 4 suitcase stands, a mirrored armoire with clothing rack, 2 large drawers and ample open shelving. Includes spectacular sunrises!
• Additional Guests (Up to 6 Max): For groups larger than 2, we offer comfortable, flexible options to suit your needs. Choose from a 10" twin air mattress, 2 single bed cots, or a double-size floor mattress—all provided with full, cozy bedding. We are dedicated to making your stay perfect; if you have specific setup preferences, please let us know ahead of time!

Pro-Tip for Sleepers: If you love to sleep in, be sure to close the curtains in the living room and bedroom, as the property faces east. Or leave them wide open to wake up to a spectacular sunrise over the lake and mountains!

3. Guest Access & Premium Add-ons
Private Entrance: The guest house is a beautiful daylight basement configuration, separate from the top two floors, featuring its own private entrance. There are approximately 14 descending stairs (with a gorgeous view) from the parking spot to your entrance. The house sits approximately 50 feet from the open lake water. Please do not go past the guest house patio toward the lake without prior permission. No additional guest (only those within the reservation) without prior written permission from homeowner.

Waterfront Safety & Boundaries
Waterfront access privileges are strictly for accessing the lake water only, directly from our floating raft for those renting a watercraft and do not include the use of the homeowner's personal dock and lawn area. For safety, all children must wear a life jacket prior to leaving the guest house and must always remain within arm’s length of an adult when near the water.

Premium Optional Upgrades (Available for an Additional Fee)
We love helping guests get out on the water! We offer on-site rentals at half the price of the local public parks:
• Water Sports: Kayaks and Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUP) when available are $10/hour (Sept–June) and $15/hour during peak season (July–Aug). Includes free life jackets and paddles!
• Boating: A 2-man small sailboat is available for experienced sailors. You can also rent our luxury 2021 Ranger 24ft Pontoon Boat (seats 10, 115hp Mercury motor, Bluetooth, Bimini top, and gas included!) directly via BoatSetter. Note: WA State Boater’s Card (or equivalent) or a paid captain is required.
• Bring Your Own Boat: when available, overnight slip moorage and boat trailer parking may be available upon request.
• Land & Beach Gear: A complete Beach Set featuring 2 chairs, 2 towels, 2 float lounges, a cooler, and a large sunshade umbrella ($15/day). Wonderful to have when visiting “Jetty Island”.

Local Tip: The best local Sandy Beach/park & Swimming area is at the gorgeous 9-acre Lundeen Park that is just a 1/4-mile walk down the street, has children’s play equipment, sandy beach, fishing dock, huge lawn area, covered picnic tables and rents kayaks and SUPs. There is also a boat launch and swimming beach park ½ mile away called Davies Beach.

4. Other Details to Note (Pet Policy, Bed Details and LTR discount)

Additional Bed Specifications:
• Twin Air Mattress: 10" thick, supports up to 300 lbs.
• Coleman Comfort Smart Cots (2): Elevated coil suspension with padded mattresses, supporting up to 200 lbs. each (5'7"L x 2'W). Very comfortable with no crossbar’s underneath.
• Double Floor Mattress: Extra-padded mattress that can be placed on the floor or layered onto the cots/patio chaise lounges for extra cushion.

Dog Policy
We welcome well-behaved K9 family members with prior approval! If you plan to bring your dog, please message us with their name, weight, and breed before booking.
• Dogs must be always kept on a leash when outside.
• Pets should accompany you whenever you leave the property. If you bring a crate/kennel, you may leave them unattended for short periods provided they do not bark. Or we can offer use of a Kennel for a fee.
• We typically accommodate smaller dogs under 20 lbs, but we are open to exceptions for larger, well-trained dogs with an additional pet fee. Please message us to coordinate!
