Our quaint and well-appointed condo offers all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals, a comfortable living area for unwinding after a day of adventure, and a cozy bedroom where you can rest peacefully. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dish washer, sink with disposal, and a oven. We include dishes, silverware and basic cooking pots and pans. There is a k-cup coffee maker and also a regular coffee maker for those that would rather have that. There is a stackable washer and dryer for your use. The unit has 1 bedroom and it has a queen bed. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed as well. We do require a minimum of 3 night stay in November, December, January and February. March through October we only rent by the week. (Saturday to Saturday) Request for 5 or 6 night will be the same price as the weekly price. We have a reliable cleaning service and provide a STARTER supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc. We supply bath towels and sheets for your stay upon arrival (not a daily change).

Superb golf and tennis are close by, wonderful spas in the area, Deep Sea Fishing, Children's fun water park is within walking distance. Miles of bike paths. Putt putt golf and lots of shopping opportunities. The condo is located across from Coligny Plaza, which has many shop's and great restaurant's with live entertainment.
