The villa was exactly as described and located at our favorite spot on the island, near Coligny Plaza and beach. The check in and out process was very easy, communication was terrific, and villa was well equipped. Highly recommend!

Great location

It is in a great location that is convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. We didn't have to get in the car to drive any where. We were also able to take advantage of the washer/dryer as we were traveling for several more weeks.

Jeannie is awesome. From the time we booked thru to when we left, she was great. Jeannie is the perfect host; responsive and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Great condo for a couples getaway!

This condo was perfect for a short week getaway for me and my wife. Located in the breakers condo complex. It’s right on the beach with beautiful views from the deck. Everything was nice and clean and worked perfectly. Would definitely go back again.

Great little getaway

We absolutely loved this little condo. Very clean, everything worked, there was an issue with the air that was fixed extremely promptly. The view was incredible and everything was within walking distance so we did not have to drive anywhere. We will definitely be back!

We love Breakers

This is our 2nd year choosing Breakers at Hilton Head. The host was great and checked in with us as we checked in and as we checked out. Even made sure we were safe ahead of the in coming hurricane. We will always choose Breakers as we visit Hilton Head.

Nice and So Peaceful

Jeannie, our host was the best we have ever had!!! She was so helpful in suggesting where to eat and what to visit. She checked on us to make sure everything was well with her condo and even to check that we made it safely. We had no issues with checking in and her condo is so nice! Easy access to the beach. Jeannie and everything with our stay was just amazing!!!

Location of the unit at The Breakers was very good. Kitchen well stocked. The view is very nice - pool and see the ocean water and some of the beach. Communication with the manager was excellent ! Will look forward to booking unit again.

Every thing was perfect!

We loved this condo and want to be back ! The only reason i gave 4🌟 it’s because when you git checkt in the floor was smelling havy pinesol and it was kinda sticky and it seemed like was not mopped! Besides that everything was perfect i will book again soon for my next trip to HHI . Thankyou

This property is located in an excellent location on Hilton Head Island. Beachfront property overlooking the pool area with easy access to the dunes. The property is easily walk-able to a full service grocery and many restaurants and shops. Easy access to main roads. The unit is a one bedroom unit and has all that one could want during your stay. The kitchen was great to have as we cooked many meals. Even better is a washer and dryer at your disposal. The kitchen is stocked with many staples you many need. Laundry soap was provided during our visit. Although the building is not the fanciest or newest on the island it was more than enough for our needs and great value for your money.

Conveniently located

We are a family of four. Two small kids (8 and 6). This condo is small and probably wouldn’t work for us if our kids were any bigger. Communication with owner was great, and location was awesome. The pool area was nice, and generally the building was quiet. The condo could use some upgrades nothing major and mostly cosmetic. Needs some TLC. We enjoyed our stay overall but it was a tight space.

Love the location!

First time to stay in Coligney, and we loved it there! Of course it was the “off season”, which we love! So things were a bit quiet. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed, even beach chairs. SO close to everything…..perfect view of the ocean, walkable to a grocery, plenty of restaurants and shops, but especially to the beach! Really, just everything we could ask for! Would we stay here again? Absolutely!
