The house was very spacious, even with 14, we felt like everyone had enough space to spread out. There are also a lot of great shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it’s in a great location with great amenities. Our group would easily stay here again!

The host is absolutely awesome as well as location....the house is beautiful but does need a little care....bed on first floor and bunks not the greatest but everything else was perfect. Would stay there again.

We were in Purcellville for a family wedding, with events all three days. We enjoyed the house as a gathering place for 8 members of our family and for sleeping in the comfortable beds, but we didn’t have time to enjoy any of its other amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay! Big group for our daughter’s wedding in Leesburg. Parking was a bit of a challenge but the owner’s were helpful with information about alternate parking a few minutes away. One negative for us was the firm mattresses but it’s a personal preference thing. The outdoor setup with the hot tub was a big hit!

Our group of 12 was in town for a wedding, and we found this house to be well equipped and perfectly located. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to the W & OD trail and many area vineyards. The main living areas and outdoor space are great for all gathering together at the end of the day. I would recommend this property.

Great place for a board retreat

Our board of directors gathers every year for a retreat - this property had plenty of space for discussion - both indoor and outdoors. Very clean and cozy.

Our stay was absolute perfection! The home was amazing for our ladies getaway. Great space, super clean, owners were quick with their responses, and the outdoor space was dreamy.

Wonderful Retreat!

Good location. Excellent amenities. Inside and outside! Exactly as advertised. The large farmhouse dining table was perfect for everyone to enjoy meals & play card games together! A Great place for our Family gathering to start the New Year!!

Beautiful home! The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances you would need. The only down side would be the primary bedroom bed is not comfortable, the mattress sinks in the middle.

Beautiful house for a group getaway

The house was exactly as advertised, and served as a perfect getaway location for me and my former college roommates to have a mini reunion. Lots of common space for us to cook together and connect, plus plenty of bedrooms spread across three levels so we could also get away from each other when needed. And as someone in a wheelchair, it was a rare find. Would highly recommend.

Daughter’s wedding

This home was exactly what our family needed during the weekend of the wedding. The outdoor space was spectacular and having the 2 kitchen areas and coffee pots was helpful. There were 4 children and 13 adults. Great neighborhood to get my daily walk in and so convenient to stores, restaurants, wineries and the wedding venue.

Thanksgiving to remember

We hosted Thanksgiving weekend at the house and it perfectly accommodated our large group as well as the varying ages (31-89). House is well organized and amenities were all as described. Plenty of dishwater and glasses for a large group although if you are hosting a large meal bring some disposable platters and a cocktail shaker. Few minutes drive to Purcellville which had plenty of options for live sports and other dinners. Beautifully decorated with plenty of space. Also nice to be at the quiet end of a cul de sac. Highly recommend!

Wine Country Race Weekend

We were a group of 11 friends staying at the house for the Wine Country 10K. The house was amazing. The listing doesn’t even do it justice. Even though it rained on the main day we were there we were still able to hang out in the hot tub and around the bar, because they were covered, and enjoy meals together in the beautiful and well stocked kitchen and dining room. Despite being 11 adults in the house we didn’t feel at all cramped. There was a small issue in the morning while we were there, but the host was super responsive and was resolving it before we even started our race at 7am. It was hands down the nicest and cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at.

Amazing house

What a wonderful house to stay in for a weekend long retreat with my friends and family! We had 15 people and never felt crowded. There was so much seating and plenty of communal space to hang out with everyone. The backyard was set up very well for 10+ people to all sit around and hang out, with a large table on the deck, seating around the fire pit, 6 person hot tub with bar seating around the tub! Everyone raved about how comfortable the beds were (I only stayed in the master but the master was beautiful, spacious and sooo comfortable!) Sarah and Mike were so prompt with their communication when I did have a question or concern. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of room for food and drink (plus the fridge downstairs was clutch!) Plenty of dishes, tableware, cups, mugs, glasses, etc, for everyone in our group. The only thing I would add is they did have nice pots and pans, but the pots and pans were regular size, so no pot big enough for cooking for as many as 10+ people. Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing and would recommend for anyone planning a large family/friend gathering!
