**DIRECT BEACH ACCESS** The Amazing, Oceanfront View of the Atlantic from the balcony of our one-bedroom condo is Priceless! These condos come with a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare meals when you don’t feel like venturing out on the town to try one of our local restaurants. The large living area boasts views for miles and provides seating for all guests to enjoy time together while on vacation. The bedroom features a King Bed (recently updated to a top-of-the-line Tempur-Pedic Mattress) and offers a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. There is a bathroom located along the hallway with a shower stall. Additional sleeping arrangements include two sleeper sofas and a daybed. There is a washer and dryer for your laundering needs located in the hallway as well. The living area and bedroom have TVs for your viewing pleasure. These living spaces are set up to be a home away from home while enjoying the Beach!

Water’s Edge Resort is the Perfect Vacation Spot for all Ages. The views are Gorgeous from Every Oceanfront Balcony. There is a spacious pool deck for sunbathing under the tropical palm trees, an outdoor pool to take a dip, and an outdoor hot tub for relaxation after a long day at the beach! There is also an indoor pool and fitness area on the lower level. The Rising Tides Bar located onsite features Trivia and Karaoke nights for guests to enjoy as well. Don’t forget to speak with the front desk about renting out our beach games to play while on the beach!

Garden City, SC is a Wonderful Place to Visit! There is shopping, entertainment, dining, and attractions located just minutes from Water’s Edge Resort. The Garden City Fishing Pier is located only a half a mile down the Strand where you can fish, win a prize at the arcade, or grab a bite to eat at the grill. The nearby cities of Myrtle Beach and Charleston also feature all kinds of activities. There is Always Fun for ALL that Visit!!!

**No Daily Housekeeping – We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bathmats, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towel, and a dishwashing packet**
**One-Bedroom Condos are allowed 1 Parking Pass**
**Motorcycles are Allowed**
**No Golf Carts and No Trailers are allowed in the garage area**
**Garage has a 6’9 – 6’7 (ramps) Clearance**
**NO PETS ALLOWED**
**This is a Non-Smoking Condo! Designated Smoking areas are located on the beach, outside the resort, or in the parking garage area. NO Smoking is Allowed on the Balcony nor in the Condo**

**3 Night Minimum Rental – Some owners have a minimum 7-night rental during peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day)**
