Our guests have space and I am available when needed. A phone call or text is always welcomed.

The home is located off of a county road on 3 acres. Surrounding homes are barely visible but close enough that quiet hours will apply. Please mind the 'no trespassing' signs. The home is just a 1/2 mile from Three Sisters/ Alderfer trailheads.

Guests have access to the entire property except for locked storage areas. We require that guests leave the home and land as they found it. We welcome all ages to the lodge.
Parents MUST accompany young children while outdoors in consideration of wildlife, the creek, hot tub, several decks and sloped lot.
Please note: reservations made after May 14 2025 will have a check out time of 10a unless agreed to otherwise.



This is a residential home . This space is not shared with other guests or the hosts. This is not a hotel with onsite staff.

Please note- groups over 4 will have a $15/per person/per night fee for linens and supplies.

PROPERTY EXPECTATIONS:
ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN FLAMES or SMOKING OF ANY KIND. This property is located in an area that is considered to have 100% wildfire risk. This is something we and the surrounding community take very seriously. Any sort of smoking or outdoor fires will result in no less than a $1000 fee and potential eviction. We use exterior cameras and sensors are used to ensure compliance.

ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES: Quiet hours are between 9pm-8am daily. The home is in a valley where noise travels easily. In consideration of this and out of respect for our neighbors , we will not allow parties at any time . Please know that we do use noise monitoring and exterior camera to ensure compliance and violation of this rule will result in fines and potential eviction

The home is on a well. Water is plentiful and not an unlimited resource, please use only what you need.

The home is on a septic tank, guests will need to take care with what is put down all of the drains. Due to septic limitations no more than 8 overnight guests will be permitted.

SLEEPING AND RESTORATION
Room 1: Primary suite w/ King Bed, desk, private balcony, TV and 5 piece en suite bathroom
Room 2: King bed with en suite
Room 3: King Bed w/ private balcony and desk
Room 4: Queen Bed w/ private balcony and TV
Room 5: Two full beds with en-suite 1/2 bath

OUTDOOR LIVING:
3+ acres, private access to Buffalo Creek, deck (w/ mountain, creek & wildlife views), forest surroundings, hot tub.
HOT TUB: Please reference the house manual or guidebook for instructions on how to open and access the hot tub, in addition to how to test the water and apply chemicals if needed.
DAMAGE TO THE COVER< LIFT BAR or HOT TUB will be the responsibility of the guest if used improperly.

If you have an approved dog with you, please keep them on a leash if not in the dog run and pick up after them. Bags provided in the entry drawers.

• ABSOLUTELY NO TRESPASSING! Do not enter a neighbor's property for any reason without permission. This is against the law.

• Limited Cell service - WIFI available for WIFI calling (provided by your carrier)

• Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Locations: Front door, driveway, and rear of home by hot tub.

• Elevation of this home is about 6500 +/- feet.

• No AC (rare in the area; mountain nights are chilly and we have ceiling fan in the primary bedroom, balconies in 3 bedrooms and a portable fans).

• No parties, drugs, events, loud music/noise, undisclosed guests. Home is monitored by Minut. Please respect the neighbors and quiet hours. (9pm-8am).

• We are truly in the wilderness. Large and small wild life live here too , including and not limited to bears, mountain lions, elk, moose, deer, fox, squirrels, mice and insects, etc ... Keep all doors closed to prevent any animals from entering the home Do not leave trash or food outside, on the deck, or in your car. Please clean the grill and grill tools after every use . Don't leave children unattended outside.

• We treat the exterior and interior of the home to keep out pests, including insects and mice. However, this is nature, and it can not be fully controlled.

• Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them.

It is best to have a 4 wheel vehicle for this property. In the winter or snow season, 4 wheel or all wheel drive is REQUIRED. The driveway has a steep grade and will require this in inclement weather. Please do not drive to our home without the appropriate vehicle.

Mountain weather is both exciting and unpredictable. Make sure to check weather conditions before you pack for your trip.

The location is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from downtown evergreen that is walkable to several shops and restaurants.

Wow, what a place!

This place is so big, clean, comfortable, and I could just go on and on. All in the description and pictures matches to a 'T'! I loved the deck in the morning with a fresh brewed coffee as I watch some of the local animals (deer, turkeys, chipmunks, etc) wonder by. There are many nice sitting and gaming places to hang out. All the couches and chairs are really comfy. The place is very private, safe and easy to find. Me and my friends had a great time. We will come back with our families. Thank you so much.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The check in process was so easy and the owner reached out a couple times just to make sure everything was going well and see if we needed anything. Our kids (ages 8 and 12) had a great time using the game area. We were even lucky enough to have 2 bull elk and a deer wander through the yard! Location was quiet and peaceful yet only a few mins to town. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to instacart and doordash during our stay.
