Beautiful oceanfront three bedroom condo. Ample space to spread out and enjoy your time in paradise. Two bathrooms, including one ensuite to the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a beautiful king bed with sunrise over the ocean views. The first guest room hosts a queen bed, and the second has a full bed along with a twin bed and trundle.  There is an adjacent full bath in the hallway by the guest rooms. 

There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, and a completely stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal. The property also has wi-fi throughout, along with cable in the living room and master bedroom.  The private balcony overlooks the private fishing pier. There is also a tennis court and pool on the grounds of the gated complex.

Amelia by the Sea is the island's best kept secret - come enjoy the beach and all of the amenities this beautiful property has to offer!

It was a great location on a very relaxing beach. Not sure how the condo would sleep 10 but it was very comfortable for a family of four.

Family beach vacation 2025

This condo was perfect for us. It was very roomy, beautiful, convenient and well stocked. Kristi was very good at communicating and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this condo. The only negative comment I would add would be about the parking. It is limited if you have a large group. However Kristi, again, was very nice and accommodating. We will most certainly be coming back soon to this condo.

Nice condo

The condo was pretty and comfortable. Communication was easy with the owner. The only negative things were that there are no blinds or window coverings for the main sliding glass doors in the den. With being on the 2nd floor & right at the pool, we had no privacy. Especially at night. Anyone could clearly see everything inside the condo. I would suggest getting some sort of curtain/blind. Also, upon check in, all the towels and wash clothes that were folded under the sink , were wet. So we had to re wash everything. Other than those 2 things, it was a nice place

Great location and well maintained

Stayed at this place with my family for Christmas break and had an amazing time. There is only one pier in Fernandina Beach and that is right across the balcony from the living room. Even thought we didn’t had much to request, Property manager Joseph was very prompt in responding. Check in and check out instructions we’re pretty easy and would definitely recommend this place for families with or without children.

Wonderful property, great location!

We spent a long weekend in Amelia Island for a wedding. This condo was amazing! Great location and beautiful view. The condo was perfect for four of us (3 adults + 1 teenager). The owner was great to work with and even allowed us to check-in a little early.

We really enjoyed staying in 219 Amelia by the sea! Lovely clean condo with room to feel at home even when you overpack! Magnificent view, comfortable mattresses, large kitchen, and easy access to beach and pool will hopefully see us making our way there again! Very highly recommend!

Perfect family getaway!!!

We booked this location because of the pier and we will return because of the pier!!! Our boys are ready for the next trip!!! They spent many hours on the pier during our stay. We met some amazing people including several property owners who were more than helpful. The onsite maintenance guy was very kind to the boys too. We have always loved Amelia!!! This condo was perfect for our family trip!!!

Perfect beach location, plus a private pier

Condo was well furnished to accommodate 6 adults, including a great patio overlooking the ocean (think amazing sunrises!). Lovely beach and close drive to a wide variety of restaurants. We had a 2 yr old with us, so did a bit of cooking there for breakfast and lunch, and kitchen did have very limited pans/pots (only frying pan was a very small one, big enough to cook eggs for maybe 2)- plenty of dish ware and utensils. Beach towels (5), beach chairs (4) and a boogie board all provided which was a nice surprise. The pier was a bonus. We will consider this unit again for future stays.

Best 3 bedroom Unit in Amelia by the Sea condos we have stayed in!

The condo is wonderful! The view beautiful and location was central and perfect; right above the pool and by the pier. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner kept it nice and cool. The communication with the owners was fantastic. They were very accommodating. We would definitely a stay here again!
