Our name is Van Treese management - a family run property management & real estate & design company based in Petoskey and we cater to homeowners all over northern Michigan! 1. Garage, shed and owners closet in downstairs hallway is off limits to guests.
2. Upstairs bedroom 1: Queen bed + Single bed with single mattress underneath to pull out. 4 guests can comfortably stay in this bedroom.
NOTE: The docks, beach and boat launch are off limits to guests that is down the street- for the associations members only.
We welcome you to create memories at the state park beach where you can also launch your boat and enjoy the beach and water.
