Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was fine overall. The bedding and blankets were just OK. For the 6 of us, we didn’t’ have enough warm bedding. The bedroom sheets are very thing and the two blankets for our 5th and 6th guests weren’t really enough either.

Cozy little condo

Cozy and comfortable condo. The kids loved the rec room spa and games. The Orange line stops right there to take you to the village or to catch the blue line up the mountain.

The condo was very well outfitted with everything that we needed. Beds were comfortable and the heating worked well. WiFi was great and the cable TV worked well. I recommend this condo for 3 - 6 people and would stay here again.

Liked the very open concept of kitchen to living area. Kitchen was well stocked with everything, although we could have used an ice cream scoop and a small spatula. Location of condo is away from town which we prefer. Be sure to check out Gogira (Japanese) restaurant, delish!

The kitchen is open and spacious with a island and a separate seating area. Games and books were available as well. The closest shuttle route only has shuttles every hour though.

Reviewer Comments: Discovery 4 works well with a group of friends - we were 3 grown heterosexual men (no couples) and everyone had their own bed (some places sleep 4 but only provide 2 beds for example). The place is comfortable, has all you need, nothing fancy but everything works (there is a dishwasher which is key) and it is comfortable at a fair price. You have to drive to the mountain (or wait for the bus that picks up less than a block away) but you can see that from the map. The game room is great, and the jacuzzi is nice and big for après ski relaxation. Lastly the property management was relaxed about the key return time - we called in in the morning to say we had vacated and dropped the keys off on our way out of town.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was very cute! The kitchen was well-equipped and had been remodeled. It does sleep 6 but it's pretty tight - in fact, the dining table only seats 4 and there were no extra chairs (there is a kitchen counter with stools, which became the "adult table". Very clean, sufficient towels, toiletries and kitchen cleaners provided by the rental company. We didn't like that there was no place to hang or store skis/boards etc. - the closets that could have accommodated them were locked, and we ended up having to bring our gear inside. It's a slightly longer way from Canyon than other places we've stayed, not really a walk unless you're a snowboarder and can deal with a 10-minute trek each way. All in all, though, it was a decent place to stay for the week!

Cozy lodge with a Few Needed Upgrades in a Great Location

Reviewer Comments: We had six guests staying in the lodge and while there was enough sleeping arrangements for all guests, the sleeping situation was not ideal. The bedroom and the queen and twin loft upstairs were fine, but the pull out couch was very outdated and uncomfortable. The mattress was very worn down with no mattress topper provided and some of the springs were loose - we had to put the mattress on the floor in order to sleep 2 people on it. There were plenty of pillows and blankets, but the “comforters” or heavy blankets need to be updated for better comfort. The lodge itself was very clean and had everything we needed with the kitchen and bathrooms, and the fireplace was cozy. The amenity center was nice for an evening in and the location was perfect for restaurants, bars, and hikes. We would stay in a similar lodge next time but would not be relying on the pullout couch for any means of sleeping adults.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was close to everything (short drive to the village and restaurants) and was also very well equipped. It had books and board games and lots of things to keep the kids entertained( (like working wifi). The kitchen was well stocked and had everything our family of 6 needed. The only issues we had which hampered our stay was the sheets and bedding we're dirty and had obviously not been washed between tenants- even the spares in the closets were dirty and stained. There was also small spider a so we informed management that the unit need a fumigation. With clean sheets and fumigated I would stay there again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was newly renovated and very clean inside. However it had a couple of dangerous things. The sink in the bedroom has an outlet over it that is not GFCI and lead to a Strong shock if used. In addition, the changing room area entrance in the pool area gets very icy. My daughter fell and hit her head pretty hard and another woman in the jacuzzi said she had done the same thing earlier.
