¡Para disfrutar de una excelente montaña, esta casa adosada que admite mascotas de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños en Mammoth Lakes California será su elección! Este condominio de 1600 pies cuadrados viene equipado con una cocina completa, comedor, terraza con parrilla de gas, acogedora estufa de leña y acceso inalámbrico a Internet. La sala de estar ofrece una gran televisión de pantalla plana 4K con acceso a canales de televisión Netflix y Premium, sofás de cuero y la gran terraza da a un entorno agradable tipo parque con vistas a las cimas de las montañas. ¡Perfecto para que los niños jueguen o paseen perros en verano! Dos de las habitaciones incluso tienen terrazas que conducen a esta área.

El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King y TV de pantalla plana. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama King, así como una litera con 2 gemelos, TV de pantalla plana, tocador con lavabo y terraza privada. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama Queen, así como una litera con 2 gemelos, TV de pantalla plana y terraza privada.

El complejo Villa De Los Pinos se encuentra en el servicio de transporte de la Línea Roja, a poca distancia del centro comercial Vons, restaurantes, cine, parque Mammoth Creek y parque infantil, senderos para caminar, Starbucks e incluso la nueva bolera completa con simulador de golf. Todos los huéspedes de Mammoth Sierra reciben acceso completo de cortesía al Snowcreek Athletic Club para disfrutar de instalaciones que incluyen piscina cubierta climatizada, vapor / sauna, gimnasio completo, yoga, pilates y estudio de bicicletas y más. This was a nice property for a group ski/snowboard group trip with friends. There is a bus stop for the red line to the village center and main lodge which was very convenient, and the roads in the community were kept clear while a storm was going all weekend. It’s an older property and it shows in some places (the toilet downstairs seems loose and the oven gave us an error code), but it was a comfortable stay and the location is great.

The condo was nice. But it needs to be kept up. Baseboards broken, spider webs everywhere, rat droppings on sleep sofas. I killed at least 6 spiders on the first day we were there. No vacuum to clean up during our stay. I was disappointed, that I called to let them know about the rat poop and instead of coming to check or do something, all they asked was if I wanted clean linens.

Overall the unit was dated. The amenities we overall old, poorly maintained or not functional. We were disappointed enough to keep a list. Here it is; Cobwebs throughout, downstairs toilet no secured to floor, no handle and mold downstairs shower, flushing handle needs replacement, blender was broken, primary bedroom tv pixelated/ inoperable, oven not functional - once it heats to temp it shuts off and error message f3, air fryer heats but no air, kitchen cabinets are in need of repair, only 3 pieces of firewood supplied two of which were partially burned, most electrical outlets need replacement as plugs fall out. At least the beds were comfortable.

Thanksgiving stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had all the amenities we needed. It was walking distance to restaurants and also bowling and ice skating.

Overall, very happy with our stay here. Good value, and exactly what we expected. The place was very clean, although did show some wear (stains on carpet, broken towel rack, loose toilet). Nothing that required immediate attention. Great location for town access, but the development is a bit dated. Beds were comfortable, although the bunk beds have no guard rails on top bunk, so be careful with smaller kids. Would have appreciated having some patio furniture for the balcony/deck outside. Will most likely return since it’s a great pet-friendly option. Thanks for the stay!

My group consists of 5 adults and 1 dog . We all enjoyed our weekend trip. This VRBO place is well-stocked for our basic needs. I especially like the nice and warm/hot shower . Thank you for this . The area is quiet and peaceful, closed to town .

Comfortable and Good Location

We wanted a clean and well located place to stay with our two teenaged kids for a snowboard trip and this place worked perfectly. Located right near downtown, it was easy to get to any number of restaurants or the grocery store in just a couple minutes. Also, the pet friendly rule at this complex really helped because we were able to bring our dog who kept my wife company during the day while me and the kids were snowboarding. The condo was clean and very comfortable which is important after long days on the mountain. We had one small issue with the oven getting an error code, but the property manager was back in touch right away. We’d love to rent here again

Great location a short walk from some food and groceries, right across the street from a stop on the free shuttle to the main ski lodge, or a short drive from the main part of town. The condo and complex were extremely dog friendly. I will definitely try to stay here again next time I'm in town with a group.

Spring Ski Trip

Great location and large unit, although there is a bit too much furniture in some of the rooms (upstairs bedroom has 2 coffee tables taking up space). Overall clean but the heaters need a deep cleaning because they smelled like dust when we tried to use them.

Hi Chris, We typically do not like to engage in specific remarks regarding guests feedback, but in this case we feel the need for elaboration as we find your review very misleading. You requested an early check-in and when the condo was ready early for you, we allowed you to check-in 3 hours before our guaranteed check-in time. In addition, we also accommodated your request for a late check-out of 2 hours past our standard check-out time. Upon your departure, you left the condo carpet and bedding stained from leaving your pet in the condo unattended, of which you did not deny. We had to have the carpet and bedding professionally cleaned and laundered for the next guests arrival. In fairness to both parties, we split the cost of the carpet clean between you and the owner. We feel your comments are very misleading and at every chance we could we were very accommodating and did everything in fairness to both you and the owner. Again, we dont typically like to engage in this type of banter, but felt your review needed a bit more clarification for future guests. Thanks, Cindy

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property management staff were extremely unaccommodating when requesting an early check-in and then overcharged us for carpet cleaning despite the carpets initially being dirty before arriving.

Hi Chris, We typically do not like to engage in specific remarks regarding guests feedback, but in this case we feel the need for elaboration as we find your review very misleading. You requested an early check-in and when the condo was ready early for you, we allowed you to check-in 3 hours before our guaranteed check-in time. In addition, we also accommodated your request for a late check-out of 2 hours past our standard check-out time. Upon your departure, you left the condo carpet and bedding stained from leaving your pet in the condo unattended, of which you did not deny. We had to have the carpet and bedding professionally cleaned and laundered for the next guests arrival. In fairness to both parties, we split the cost of the carpet clean between you and the owner. We feel your comments are very misleading and at every chance we could we were very accommodating and did everything in fairness to both you and the owner. Again, we dont typically like to engage in this type of banter, but felt your review needed a bit more clarification for future guests. Thanks, Cindy

Always love Villa de Los Pinos

First time we have stayed in this pet-friendly unit. It was super convenient to everything (we tried to learn pickle ball on the tennis courts even!). Quiet unit in the back away from the road. Good parking. I have to say the VdlP pool was freezing. So glad they upgraded the hot tub area during covid. Looks nice. Also, I wish the condos would all upgrade and add Air conditioning. One reason I love staying there is that the bedrooms are on the ground floor and stay cool all day. Must not be so great in January tho... Had to look around to find the microwave. Very cleverly stored behind a barn-door- opening cabinet.

Disgusting, Filthy, Reeks of animal pee

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a horrible time. From the time we entered this place, the smell of urine hit us. There were pee stains throughout the carpets in all the bedrooms - the carpets looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. Some of the pee stains were 1 foot x 2 feet large! Even the sofa had some sort of stain. Additionally, the kitchen fauced had a black mold ring around it. I notified the rental agent about all this. My family and I would never stay here again. Filthy, disgusting home with owners who seem to care only about making money, not actually keeping the place sanitary. If we could give them zero stars, we would. The place made our skins crawl.
