Esto de dos pisos de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio en Mammoth Lakes California ofrece un gran valor para un grupo de 6 a 8 personas en una ubicación privilegiada. Situado al otro lado del pueblo y en la ruta de transporte de invierno. La propiedad cuenta con pintura nueva, alfombras, ventanas y revestimientos de camas, Internet inalámbrico, y también disfruta de vistas parciales a la montaña y está cerca de la piscina (solo en verano), spa, sauna y sala de recreación. Acceda a las rutas de ciclismo y senderismo desde la puerta, e incluso puede llevar a Fido para que acepte mascotas. Perfect Location

Wonderful Holiday stay with 3 generation family. Everyone from grandparents to teenagers to the dog were happy! Access to village and ski back trail was ideal. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

It was a very average property, but just about everything worked. We would have liked to have more toilet paper in the condo. (we had to buy more) and paper towels too. It was nice to be close to the village and we had a great time there.

Bike Ride

Stay was great, everything we needed. condo was old, but great location, and clean. Check out time sucked. Rentals, and hotels keep moving check in to later times, and check out earlier.

Great for a ski weekend!

This property was perfect for our group of friends! The shag carpet was great for our two kids under 2 to play on and the location made everything logistically easier. The stairs were a bit sketchy (steep and the railing didn’t have the best guard for kids) and it wasn’t the most up to date amenities, but it was a perfect spot for our friends to get together and enjoy a snowy weekend on the mountain. Would recommend.

DONT RENT THIS UNIT!This unit has not been updated since the 70’s. Old bacteria laden shag carpet, fireplace didn’t work, no hot tub available, heaters had to be turned off as they made the rooms sweltering. The smaller bathroom toilet seat was a tiny round one you could barely fit. When I spoke to the reservation office about my displeasure they did not even respond. Terrible customer service was unacceptable. I’m sure there are nice units in this complex but this was not one of them.

It’s not always easy finding condos in Mammoth that don't have disgusting carpet and gross bathrooms due to the age of all the condos up there. This unit had freshly cleaned carpet, bathrooms were better than most, beds were soft so if you need a hard bed, this is not it. 1 small tv in the family room and that’s it. No big deal for us but if you are looking for TVs in the bedrooms, there are none. The location was just a few minutes walk from the village which was what we were looking for. Overall a good unit especially if you like avocado colored countertops!

Great location to the Village and bike trails

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth Sierra Reservation (MSR) really cares about their clients! They worked very hard to make sure renting from them was a positive experience! Do yourself a favor and save the Vrbo fee and rent directly MSR. In my case, would have saved $185. The condo it self is exactly what I expected. It is old and dated. The flooring is new (carpet and kitchen tile). The bathrooms are old but clean. The showers are very short. The price was too high for the condition of the condo. I would stay there again if the price was more in line with other condos on site.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Unit in great location, right across street from Village and gondola to Canyon Lodge. Low price for prime ski season. Wi-fi was solid. Electric baseboard heat warmed family room and bed rooms up nicely.Cons: Check-in is at 4pm and unit wasn't ready until after 5pm. Parking was extremely tight on the weekend. Fridge froze the milk and other liquids. Furnishings were outdated.If you've got a group of 6-8 and on a budget, then this is a pretty good deal. 20 feet of snow in a month makes up for a lot of shortcomings.

And, yes, Mammoth had an incredible amount of snow during your stay with attributed to the limited parking and delayed check in. Still had to cut my ski day short to go back and move the my car. The unit is up a ramp and away from parking, but close to the pool and jacuzzi. Decent pet friendly unit. Overall the pluses out weigh negatives. Close to Village

Great Access!

Val D’Isere was a great place to stay to get to all the fun Mammoth village things. The condo was neat, and clean. It feels very 1970s inside but was perfect for a group of friends. I thought I had left some shoes behind and they were very helpful and responsive with the recovery effort!

Very disappointed.

Cleanliness was very poor. All the dishes were dirty. Carpet stinks. Lines were bad. I would never recommend anyone to stay in this property we stayed. Not worth for what we paid . Very disappointed. Only positive factor is you can walk to the village. Location is good, but the quality of the condo is very poor.

Just okay for our mountain stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, picking up keys after hours was easy. The condo was clean, comfortable and spacious. Down stairs there was a musty smell, and the windows had no screens (outside temperature was in the 90s, so it made a huge difference). When we sat down at the table, 3 of the 5 chairs were wobbly. The 2 bar stools were not much better. The wifi was spotty (which may have just been the mountains.) The little patio had a large stack of firewood, but no wood burning fireplace. Weird. The kitchen had everything we need to fix meals at home, except drinking glasses. There was ONE normal sized plastic drinking cup, and an excessive amount of dirty coffee cups. The dishwasher did not work very well, so washing dishes was a thing. The pool area was nice but i was disappointed the spa only worked the last two days of our stay. The last turn off was the mouse or mice. The mouse/mice was seen multiple days, in the fireplace and running through the kitchen. Overall not horrible. Spacious and clean (3 stars because of the dishwasher and mouse) but had some inconveniences. For the cost I expected a bit more.

Good location be careful with toddlers

Great location, walkable to the village. Very old fixtures and bottom bathroom is a bit dark and older. Door sticks so some people got stuck in the bathroom for a little while. Biggest concern is for families with children. The railing on the main level is not to code and the space between the wooden railings is large enough for a small child to fall through easily. My son is 3 years old and we had to keep him far away because he could fall through facing the railings they were that wide in between each space. And it is the railing protecting the stairs leading down so if someone slipped through they would fall directly to the bottom level.

Family getaway

Super easy to check in and locate the property, good family area to be together, close walking distance to village, dog friendly, beds comfortable in all 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms enough for everyone. The only thing would be for a larger TV in the family area. Firewood on the porch but had an electric fireplace so no need for firewood. Hot water went away pretty quick when we all got back from snow boarding so cold showers for the last family members. All in all we had a great time at your property! Well be back to stay again for sure!!

Nice

We have stayed in this particular condo before. We love how close it is to the village. Easy to walk over and have dinner. Also love that it is close to the forest and can walk the dog there. The only down side was the air quality. We ended up leaving a day early because of the fires.
