This apartment in a beautiful historic building, great location, Walk to Downtown Business District, 3 minutes walk to Mechanic Hall, 5 minutes walk to DCU center, City Hall and Worcester Common. Very close to MCPHS, WPI.
This apartment is on the third floor, no elevator access. Very nice city views, easy access to all city activities and service.
The space
You'll enjoy:
- Living room with futon.
- a dining table, a buffet table
- Kitchen area with a sink, a stove/oven, microwave oven, coffee maker and a refrigerator
- A Separated big bedroom with a full size, comfortable bed
- A big bright full bathroom
- Smart TV
- WIFI access
- Window AC in bedroom is available from June 1st to Oct. 1st.
- The single bed in the small room will be set up for the third guest only.

Other things to note
- Check in after 4:00, check out before 11:00 am.
- You will receive a text before 4pm of your arrival day with all the instructions you need for a self check in.
- Keys must be returned to the lockbox upon checking out. Missing keys or fail to return it will cost you $50.
- Mid-stay Cleaning service for $80 upon request.
- Free parking on a off-street private lot.
- Please explicitly indicate total number of guests on reservation.
- No overnight visitors other than those on the reservation please. We don’t want to engage in confusing discussions on how many guests are actually staying in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding
- No pets. Please explicitly disclose if you are traveling with emotional support animals. No smoking or use of marijuana or drugs on property
- The apartment is in a building with central heating. Unlike a hotel room there is no separate temperature control just for this apartment.
